Great hotel. We had a pleasant stay and enjoyed every minute. I only wish that breakfast was included, considering how high the price was.

A retro industrial style hotel. Young artists should like it. It feels like a new building, clean and comfortable..
There is a restaurant downstairs, it feels great, but it's a pity that I didn't eat it.

This is an update to a previous review.   We travel a good deal and have decided to only write a review when we really think things are exceptional.   This is just to say that since our rave review we have been back a number of times, both as a family and alone, and nothing about the hotel has let us down.   The hotel and service staff are next level. The design, comfort, cleanliness, food/bar offerings and location are fantastic. We are sensitive to indoor air quality and that part is never a problem at the ACE.  Best of all we always have a great sleep.   Thanks again Ace hotel for giving these ex-Torontonians a place we really look forward to coming to. It’s really our favourite hotel in the city.

Third time this year doing a staycation at Ace Toronto. We return because we love the location, vibe, food/drink and services. Previously stayed in the Large room. In July we stayed in the Ace Suite, in August the 1 bedroom suite. We actually preferred the 1 bedroom, although slight disappointments were no needle in the turntable and the 2nd shower head in the extra large shower wasn’t functional. Sandra at check out was again lovely. Great restaurants in the area, including Alder at The Ace. We’ve enjoyed our stay with Ace Toronto so much that we will be staying at Ace New York in October. Will definitely return to Ace Toronto

Hotel is cool and groovy.  Rooms are spacious and the hotel staff is 5 star worthy; they are attentive, helpful and overall very service oriented.  Rooftop bar and restaurant are awesome.  Location is central to everything and overlooks a lovely neighborhood park.  10 out of 10!
