Estancia agradable de una noche en Solo Alojamiento (tenia una caja de woderbox que no recomiendo a nadie que compre) la chica de recepcion muy amable y simpática, la habitación esta muy bien y limpia. Hotel muy céntrico lo malo aparcar tuve que coger el parking 12 euros.Lo recomiendo.

Basic and very dated place in a non-descript town ..both hotel and town have few redeeming features. It’s clean enough but its gloomy rooms are quite depressing, along with a lingering weird smell that I imagine a Bulgarian police holding cell would resemble.. The very basic breakfast is adequate and the desk staff are pleasant. For what I paid (I didn’t choose it) it was ok.

I stayed in that hotel during a course with Lightspeed Spanish, the location is perfect, close to the train station and bus stop. The room was comfortable with a view of the street but not noisy. The employees were also nice in fact I had a problem with the shower, they fixed it the same day.

I made a reservation on the hotel's website and what was my surprise when they charged me for a room for a day that I had not reserved. When I called the hotel, they explained to me that someone must have cloned my card since a man, whose information they gave me, is going to sleep there that night at my expense since he has my card number, its expiration date and the CVV. I ask that you cancel said reservation so that I can immediately cancel my credit card and call the police. After a while, the hotel called me again to tell me that it was their mistake and that an employee had used my information to pay for said man's room. The hotel violates data protection since they should not have access to sensitive data such as the CVV of my credit card. I do not recommend making reservations at this hotel since all employees have access to all customers' credit card details as they are not encrypted and can make fraudulent use of them. The hotel has ignored the matter.

The hotel is situated right by Torrejon de Ardoz' bus and train stations with good eateries within close walking distance. It is only 5 minutes away from the Plaza Mayor and 30 minutes by bus or train from Madrid. The Reception staff are very friendly, very helpful. Most can speak English well and they are always willing to offer advice on places to visit (even in Madrid) or where to get help. Our room was unbelievably, spotlessly clean and comfortable with plenty of storage space, bath and shower. The bed mattresses are soft (but not too soft) with extra blankets available if needed. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but the restaurants below serve take-away hot drinks. We didn't eat breakfast but it did look good for 8 euros. We are definitely going to return to this hotel!!!!!!!
