名不符實，所謂的皇家酒店就是一個民宿，而且隱藏在居民樓中，非常難找，為了七、八個附近的人，都不知道這個所謂的酒店在哪裡。定了兩間房，衹給了一間房的號碼，留的聯繫電話也無人接聽。所幸的是，攜程的客服小姑娘（小恬）非常好，耐心、細緻、認真、負責，花了兩個多小時，各處聯繫，幫助解決了問題。
