The best hotel near by Bromo. Stunning view from the hotel. Super clean room, friendly staff and I took a jeep package from the hotel which is cheaper than others private jeep. Highly recommended!!

The service staff are all very welcoming, helpful and always around to answer to our queries. They are also super thoughful and observant of our needs there. Definitely a great experience staying there and we will do it again next time we come to Bromo!

The room is clean and comfortable, the environment is beautiful, and I feel relaxed after checking in. I would like to emphasize the service. The service attitude is very good. When I had dinner, I found a bug in the dish. I felt really disgusted at the time. The waiter immediately said to help us change it (I don’t know whether it was changed or not 😂). Later, all the dishes were 20% off, and desserts were sent to apologize after the meal. The attitude is worthy of recognition 👍🏻. There is free afternoon tea, breakfast is until 10 o'clock, and you will be notified whether you want to take it to the room at 9:30. I will choose to stay again.

I will definitely come to this hotel next time. The scenery is so beautiful. It is right under the volcano. When the weather is good, you can see the Milky Way with your naked eyes! The hotel's service is warm, thoughtful and meticulous!
