We were looking for somewhere nice to eat on a Monday evening (not always easy in rural France!) and found this delightful restaurant/cafe open and serving a very nice French menu that had something to appeal to everyone. The location is stunning, being in one of the plus beau villages of France. Sitting here in the sunlit square after a delicious meal of the best steak I’ve had in a LONG time - served with the most flavoursome hand-cut chips cooked in goose fat - and sipping a café crème, I feel this is one if those rare pinch-yourself-moments. We’ll definitely be back here soon.
