Room was spacious facing the lake and our room had a wonderful view of the lake with Mt Yotei at the centre. Breakfast was fantastic and a wide spread with different live stations. Compared to a few places we have stayed at Lake Toya this is definitely the best.

Did not give us the room we booked and instead gave us an old room. When we asked for the room we actually booked they first said that it had no view because of construction. But after we said that it was fine, they then said that the rooms were fully booked. So they basically gave our room to others. Not impressed.

The hotel is big enough and the room given was far from the lobby and they prioritise more on those tour groups. The allow 2 buses block the whole entrance drive way 😖

Very good, the buffet is delicious, the hot spring is nice, and it's so chill to soak in the hot spring while looking at Mt. Yotei and Lake Toya at the top of the mountain! There is also a live show on Christmas Eve

The hotel is slightly far from the bus terminal. Need to walk around 10 mins. I like their hot spring with indoor and outdoor. They have different brand of shampoo and conditioner for the hot spring.
