Great location within walking distance to jr train station. Friendly reception although do not speak much English. Great healthy bento set for breakfast available for jpy700. Clean, efficient and simple hotel. Daily offer of free snacks or drinks. Washing machine and dryer available downstairs next to reception. Microwave is available for use too.

I stayed for one night with breakfast included.
When I informed them that I would be arriving late, they were very kind and helpful.
After arriving, I requested to change from a double room to a twin room, and they quickly and readily accommodated.
The breakfast had lots of small dishes and was very filling.
Drinks included all-you-can-drink coffee and other drinks. I brought some ice to put in my thermos, and the woman in the dining room asked me, "Do you want ice? Shall I put some in?" which I was very grateful for.

There was a welcome drink when I checked in, and a decent but reasonably priced breakfast. It was great!
The shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom were good. I often get hair damaged and squeaky with conditioner at public baths, but this one was perfect.
I'd like to stay here again.
