It's a little walk from Toyooka Station, but not far. Well, it's an ordinary Vijiho. The front desk was quite senior. All the taverns and restaurants nearby were closed. The shopping street in front of the station is a shutter town, so it is better not to expect it. It was good that there was a chain store at a little walk, but it may be better to be careful about Sunday accommodation 々.

We had a great time at this Ryokan. It’s a few minute walk from town but reception will gladly organise free shuttles for you, especially in the evening between 4-10. Less than 5 mins in the shuttle to anywhere you’d like to go in town. Food was abundant. We eat a lot, but portion sizes were a bit too much for us. Two whole crabs each on the first night, then what felt like half a cow the next day :) dinner and breakfast were fresh, plentiful and varied. Room was spacious and quiet. Lovely view of the garden. Only futons available with bean pillows but they were comfortable enough. Each gender has 4 baths to choose from - indoor, indoor jacuzzi, outside warm bath, outside plunge pool. These are clean and welcoming. Plenty of lockers but we found it quite quiet to visit even though it was fully booked. You get a private room for your dinner and breakfast and it will be the same one for your whole stay. Really happy with our time here.

Our stay was pleasant in terms of the facility, food, and service. Only that the staff did not tell us we were only allowed to deposit our luggage before 9:50 the next day before we check out, which caused a huge inconvenience of ours. An elderly and I had to drag our big luggage to the entirely opposite direction to the train station to deposit and then came back to the side of the onsen temple. We were quite unhappy about it and it might be caused by the limited English ability of the staff, but other than that I'd still recommend this place!

The hot spring hotel is about a 5-minute walk across from Jogasaki Onsen Train Station and next to Jizo hot spring. The location is very good. All the reception staff are warm and thoughtful, with a sense of ceremony. The rooms are newly decorated and the facilities are very modern and complete. Even the humidifier is filled with hot spring water. The check-in is full of rituals, and the hotel offers a unique afternoon tea. The hotel's private hot spring is also very good. In winter, it is equipped with an orange hot spring, and there is also very considerate ice tea for drinking in the hot spring. However, the quality of the food is good, but there are not many varieties. It is not really a kaiseki meal. It is just a small bug.

The building is a bit old but clean. Of course, credit cards are also available. The hot spring has ２ inner hot water (both men and women １ one), ２ open-air bath (both men and women １ one), and it is a change system, so you can enter ４ types in all. The １ of the open-air baths need to walk up to different floors, so the person who is inconvenient may be a little bit hard about it. (The scenery is very good) The outer bath ticket can be used even after checking out (15:30) and is very convenient. It's a little off the hot spring town, but it's not as painful to walk (it takes about 10 minutes to walk, so it may be hard for people who can't get used to shoes or geta). There are few restaurants near the hotel, and if you don't eat at the hotel, you need to go out to the hot spring town. Liquor such as beer is sold at the hotel, but it is expensive to buy it in the hotel. There is also a transfer car operated by the hotel, and the transfer from JR Shirosaki station is convenient. If you want to use it, please check the time zone well. (The hot spring town was also available in the evening) Please note that the underground facilities are closed due to the new corona virus infection (2020 ８ month). The room also has a refrigerator, washbasin, toilet and bath, but the bath is quite small (I think I won't use it much because I use hot spring towns and hotel public baths). This time I used a plan with lunch box. I think it was very cost-effective with lunch boxes in the morning and evening at １ million yen.

Love this quaint little ryokan at Kinosaki! The service is friendly although not much English is spoken there. Expect the staff to introduce you the amenities of the ryokan such as the free first-come -first-serve private onsen (there are a total of 4, but recommend the one named Hana because it's the newest and the nicest). The room itself is tiny but comfortable. There is no shower in the room, so would have to take the shower at the onsen or at the ryokan's own onsen. The room package came with kaiseki (we had the snow crab one) and it was delicious with pretty looking food. The blanket was thick and comfortable, perfect for the cold weather. There was not much view from our room.

The location is a little distance from the hot spring village, but it is not too far, it is to take ten minutes more, but the whole village is not big, the hotel also has a shuttle bus, in fact, convenient! The hotel has a history of more than 100 years, the facilities are a bit old, but it is quite clean and a bit historical. The hotel staff is very welcoming, especially the waiter in the restaurant, very kind! The hotel's own hot spring is a special feature, providing a shower gel shampoo conditioner, a cleansing milk facial cleanser, a facial mask and a toothpaste toothbrush. It is more complete than the outside hot springs, and the environment is relatively comfortable. There are open-air pools and saunas! Hotel food is a whole pine leaf crab in winter, very rich!

The children's menu is full of volume anyway. It may be unavoidable that it tends to be biased toward fried foods everywhere, but you may not need such fried foods. .. The hot spring is salty and warms up to the core of the body. However, the open-air bath of the women's bath can be seen from Marine World. Be careful when taking an open-air bath before Marine World closes. That is definitely visible. The staff were all kind to traveling with two mothers and children, and the rooms were large, making it a very memorable trip. It may be because I changed my reservation twice. The room that was empty on the day was air conditioned. Close to the sea, there is a hot spring, the staff is also feeling good, and most of all, I am grateful that Wanko can stay. The appearance and front desk were a nice hotel full of resort feelings. There were amenities. The back used when going to the bath is good size and easy to use, and the vending machine in the hotel is also a conscientious price. The view from the room of Wanko OK and the stairs to go to the room from the front desk are a pity, but I didn't feel particularly inconvenient.
