Great bar food. Fabulous 5star breakfast. I didn’t use the pleasure facilities but they looked very good. Issue with room curtain sorted immediately.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Room was garbage. Temperature control in my room didn't work. Sooo hot in there. They gave me a fan after 20 minutes of searching for a new room. No idea why that took so long, but to no avail. Also, the toilet and wood panel it was attached to was falling off the wall. There was a large gap between the unit and the wall and it creaked like it was coming off at any moment. Not comfortable to say the least. So we slept little in the heat, and had to hover a bit in the bathroom. Check out lady said "sorry" and sent us on our way. Not what i expected. Disappointing.

Very well presented and spacious rooms. The check-in process was quick and efficient (which I appreciated after a 3.5-hour drive to get there). Ample parking outside.

On arrival to the hotel we realised it’s in a great location and looks amazing. The lobby was clean and the lady who helped us was called Jacy. Let me say she has made this stay amazing for us. She let us know of all the facilities and noticed we have a baby with us and told us all about baby friendly facilities here. When we booked we didn’t realise there a full leisure centre which we were able to enjoy. The pool was great with even a baby paddling pool on the side. The staff provided towels free of charge and even a baby float which was amazing as we didn’t have one. We came to the room which had a cot in for our baby, the room was spacious and so extremely clean. There was even a balcony which was amazing! Just a shame we have visited whilst the weather isn’t great. Jacy had let me know about the kids play room called the den. It was absolutely great for my daughter, it can be reserved so you have the room for a hour and can be reserved multiple times a day if needed and it’s not booked! There’s a TV in there and loads of toys. Breakfast was amazing, you could order it to the room for an extra €5 charge per person. My husband was not with me on one morning so being able to have the food delivered to the room was a massive help. The food was amazing and even looked like a 5* breakfast. There’s also a cafe downstairs serving lunch and it was great! Overall this hotel is amazing, one I will be visiting again. Whenever I had called reception for a query or needed something the phone was answered within seconds of calling, all needs were met and gone above and beyond for. Jacy truly made the visit amazing and told me about future events catered to children. I’ll be back for sure! Well worth booking this hotel.

The hotel is located a fair way out of Tralee so it's really designed for those with transport. Tralee is a nice Irish town with many bars and restaurants though again, without wheels, they are 30 minutes walk away. The hotel is modern and generally very comfortable. The staff service is good with helpful and friendly people.

We had a 3 night stay in a family room. Kids loved the bunk beds and the swimming pool. Meals were excelent and hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. Hotel is located in a great spot and we look forward to staying with you again in the future. Very happy customer.

Wonderful cental place to stay with a great room, excellent food and friendly staff. Leisure facilities were very enjoyable too.

Loved it, convenient location close to (walking distance) shopping centre where we were able to get wine, chips, biscuits etc. we were in an executive suite with a big balcony, suite was spacious and comfortable. We only had the continental breakfast even though a cooked breakfast was offered. Staff were great (both at breakfast and check in… ) Jacy who checked us in and out was super nice and friendly. She made us feel most welcome. A lot of hotels could learn a thing or two about just that little bit extra to make people feel welcome. We would definitely stay here again.
