Right next to Tres Cantos train station which made it getting to Madrid city centre efficient. Average time to get to the city centre is around 30-45 mins which is the only downside but for the price it was worth it. Right next to a big grocery market, made getting snacks and drinks or meals super easy. Very friendly front desk staff

Hotel que está muy bien, cama grande, muy buen desayuno, justo al lado estación de tren que te lleva al centro de madrid, personal muy amable, con parking, en general muy buen hotel a las fueras de madrid, pero bien comunicado, tiene justo al lado un Mercadona por si quieres comprar algo.

Das Personal an der Rezeption am 07.06.2024 um 22:05 Uhr war wirklich sehr schlecht: Kundenorientierung, Hilfsbereitschaft, normale Kommunikation - in allen diesen Aspekten braucht das Personal gute Schulung. Ich habe heißes Wasser gebraucht. Erst ließ der Herr an der Rezeption mich 15 Minuten einfach stehen. Seine Aushilfe/Kollegin konnte mich - für mich unklar warum - nicht bedienen und starrte in die Weite. Der Herr - er wollte auf meine Nachfrage nicht sagen, wie er heißt - fertigte die Ausgabe des Gepäcks für einige Touristen ab. Danach ging er mit seiner Kollegin um die Ecke und brachte in meiner Thermosflasche gekochtes Wasser mit. Er stellte die Termosflasche an der Rezeption ab. Ich habe gesehen, daß er die Termosflasche nicht zu gemacht hat und ich habe angefangen die Decke zu zumachen. Darauf schrie der Herr (wir konnten uns in Englisch unterhalten): 'Nehmen Sie Ihre Flasche mit, hier ist eine Rezeption!' ich sagte: 'Ja, ich mache zu und gehe weg. Sie haben das hier selbst abgestellt.' Er rieß die Termosflasche aus meiner Hand, hielt sie fest und schrie, daß ich mit der Termosflasche verschwinden soll. Ich stellte die Kanne mit dem heißen Wasser ab und drehte die Deckel zu. Danach fragte ich, wie er heißt... Der Umgang mit Touristen und mit Kunden in diesem Hotel ist wirklich unterirdisch. -das Personal an der Rezeption am 07.06.2024 um 22:05 Uhr war unhöflich, frech, laut, nicht hilfsbereit, 'von oben herab ' (bzgl. mehreren Touristen) -der Herr an der Rezeption wollte seinen Namen nicht nennen; er sagte 'ich habe keinen Namen ' -ich brauchte einen Bügeleisen; der Herr an der Rezeption antwortete: 'Wir haben das nicht.' Auf meine Nachfrage, wie kann das sein, hat seine Kollegin (eine junge Frau, auch ohne Namensschild) einen Bügeleisen gebracht; der Herr sagte frech, ungehalten und laut: 'Bringen Sie das aber zeitlich zurück'. -Frühstück war sehr gut: Obst, Schinken, Käse, Marmelade - alles da gewesen -der Kaffee war gut -Zimmer war klein -die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht -man konnte das Fenster nicht aufmachen

Great location if you need to catch a train or catch a taxi.
Good service at the hotel
Lovely cafe down the road for a cake and a coffee.
Our room was opposite the lift, so alot of noise from door banging.
Clean rooms but an own little kettle and coffee or tea would have been nice 🤔
Thank you anyway for our short stay, and we will stay again.

Nice working hotel. It is close to the train station and not far from the technological park (10 minutes). Rooms are clean, fine and, more important, quite. The breakfast is good. The internet access is good. Not far you can fine some dinner options.
