I cannot recommend this hotel at all. They do not take their customers seriously and they are happy to sell a product they do not have. Explanation: We had booked the hotel for a single day. We booked it because they advertised their SPA / Pool area which looked great, but when we arrived in the afternoon the whole area was closed down, big disappoin**ent when you have been driving for a long time and just needed to relax. There was a sign at the check-in counter that the pool will be closed on the 6/8, but we arrived the day before and it was closed. Nothing was written in the confirmation mail from them. If so we would have canelled and found another hotel. In addition to this huge minus which they will not refund, there were other problems with the hotel: • Could not get hot water for the bathtub, so we could not enjoy that either. • An air conditioner that can only go down to 22 degrees, is not comfortable when you have to sleep. • On the other hand, it was so cold in their restaurant in the morning that you froze while sitting there. • The breakfast was terrible. Day-old bread, half-rotten fruit, bacon that was either not fried or it was burnt. • For lunch we could only choose one dish from their menu which otherwise looked delicious - on paper. Normally I do not write bad reviews, but the hotel has been contacted several times and will not give any form of compensation nor do the take any responsibility at all, therefore I have chosen to describe my experience. I also met 2 others at the hotel the day we were there and they had the same experience.

”Ho recentemente soggiornato all'hotel Una 'Le Terrazze' di Villorba e vorrei condividere la mia esperienza. Innanzitutto, devo elogiare lo staff dell'hotel, che merita un 10 pieno. In particolare, il ragazzo che mi ha fatto il check-in è stato eccezionale. La struttura ha diversi punti di forza: la pulizia delle camere è impeccabile, c'è un ampio parcheggio a disposizione degli ospiti, e la colazione è ottima, offrendo una vasta scelta di opzioni gustose. Tuttavia, ci sono alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati: 1. Il sistema di aria condizionata nelle camere è un po' datato e non permette di regolare la ventola. Questo ha causato problemi di rumore che hanno disturbato il mio sonno. 2. L'asciugacapelli in bagno non ha una potenza sufficiente per un'asciugatura efficace. 3. L'assenza di un servizio in camera o di un ristorante interno limita le opzioni per i pasti, soprattutto per chi soggiorna per motivi di lavoro o preferisce la comodità di mangiare in hotel. Nonostante questi punti, il mio giudizio complessivo è positivo. Spero che la direzione possa considerare questi feedback non come critiche negative, ma come opportunità di miglioramento per rendere l'esperienza degli ospiti ancora migliore in futuro.”

Beyond the lady who is very kind and friendly and friendly, the rooms are all nice (we have stayed in three couples) have everything that is needed: abundant and tasty breakfast, Two steps from the airport (although you go bus or car) comfortable parking NOt at pay in front, a bar and restaurant attached, flying with the beautiful season there were walks to enjoy the nature and also to take a bike tour. I liked it very much we'll be back. Surely here

The hotel is simple and clean, but the true strength is the bistrot. I was traveling for work and here perhaps for the first time I felt like home, always welcomed with a smile, with a gentle word and a lot of shortnesses. I really congratulate the girls who manage it because, in addition to always offering fresh products, the real difference makes them. Continue! Brave!

Pacchetto ”Fuga romantica” già utilizzato anni fà stavolta però camera standard abbastanza malandata (niente cassaforte, lampada bagno bruciata, lampada sul letto staccata) la volta precedente era vista lago; zona wellness a pagamento la volta precedente era compresa, massaggio THAI sempre spettacolare e rilassante, cena THAI con tempi lunghissimi pur non essendoci una grande affluenza (1 antipasto, 1 primo, 1 secondo) ”2 ore” il caffè l'ho preso al banco per stanchezza. Peccato il posto è sempre spettacolare e la struttura magnifica anche se mostra i primi segni del tempo

I stayed 2 nights in this hotel, The room : beautiful clean and functional Breakfast : more and more if I had to describe all the products shown by the buffet there would be pages and pages, as well the lady that manages the department sweet breakfast and available, always smile, the reception super, a kindness that left me open, very comfortable structure,a 1 minute from the station,I will advise you to all, fabulous price quality, Compliments to the owners, They have a staff with full respect, I'll come back as soon as possible

We chose because airport transfer is free. It is very convenient because there is a supermarket just a short walk away. The room is relatively large, functional and easy to use. The lobby is also nice, but it is a pity that the Chinese occupy the lobby. There are quite a few from the airport. In the case of pick-up, ask the hotel by e-mail in advance.

I have just returned home from my holiday in Italy. This hotel was was one of my stops and I like to share my experience. All of the staff at this Crowne Plaza were incredible and helpful. Without doubt one of friendliest staff! Upon arrival a female receptionist welcomed us friendly in good understandable englisch: She answered our questions, gives us a city map and explained us the facilities. The Restaurant manager and his team were extremely friendly and very flexible (appreciated this!). The waiters were so kind and were fulfilling all extra requests. At the end, and upon Checkout, I was pleased to meet the General Manager. I appreciated her way to provide a good leadership and how is she supporting the guest service department. Note, this is not a 4 stars hotel. I would like to add the 5th star because of the good staff. The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to us. All respect for you because you did a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality! Already planning my next visit to the hotel! In Love!

Everything was clean. The double bed was just two single beds put together. The provided towels were good and plentiful. However, the amount of shower gel/shampoo was insufficient for two people. We could only find one open power outlet to put our chargers, which was an inconvenience, but maybe we missed others. Biggest complaint would be the absence of a fan (ceiling or standing) so it was quite hot in the room, the windows did not have protection from bugs so we did not open them. The location is quite good, it‘s close to the bus station, you can get to Venice in 30 minutes. The personnel was friendly and let us stay in the lobby before we could check in. Overall, for the price we cannot really complain, a fan would have made the experience a lot better though.
