The hotel is simple and clean, but the true strength is the bistrot. I was traveling for work and here perhaps for the first time I felt like home, always welcomed with a smile, with a gentle word and a lot of shortnesses. I really congratulate the girls who manage it because, in addition to always offering fresh products, the real difference makes them. Continue! Brave!

Pacchetto ”Fuga romantica” già utilizzato anni fà stavolta però camera standard abbastanza malandata (niente cassaforte, lampada bagno bruciata, lampada sul letto staccata) la volta precedente era vista lago; zona wellness a pagamento la volta precedente era compresa, massaggio THAI sempre spettacolare e rilassante, cena THAI con tempi lunghissimi pur non essendoci una grande affluenza (1 antipasto, 1 primo, 1 secondo) ”2 ore” il caffè l'ho preso al banco per stanchezza. Peccato il posto è sempre spettacolare e la struttura magnifica anche se mostra i primi segni del tempo

We chose because airport transfer is free. It is very convenient because there is a supermarket just a short walk away. The room is relatively large, functional and easy to use. The lobby is also nice, but it is a pity that the Chinese occupy the lobby. There are quite a few from the airport. In the case of pick-up, ask the hotel by e-mail in advance.

I have just returned home from my holiday in Italy. This hotel was was one of my stops and I like to share my experience. All of the staff at this Crowne Plaza were incredible and helpful. Without doubt one of friendliest staff! Upon arrival a female receptionist welcomed us friendly in good understandable englisch: She answered our questions, gives us a city map and explained us the facilities. The Restaurant manager and his team were extremely friendly and very flexible (appreciated this!). The waiters were so kind and were fulfilling all extra requests. At the end, and upon Checkout, I was pleased to meet the General Manager. I appreciated her way to provide a good leadership and how is she supporting the guest service department. Note, this is not a 4 stars hotel. I would like to add the 5th star because of the good staff. The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to us. All respect for you because you did a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality! Already planning my next visit to the hotel! In Love!

Everything was clean. The double bed was just two single beds put together. The provided towels were good and plentiful. However, the amount of shower gel/shampoo was insufficient for two people. We could only find one open power outlet to put our chargers, which was an inconvenience, but maybe we missed others. Biggest complaint would be the absence of a fan (ceiling or standing) so it was quite hot in the room, the windows did not have protection from bugs so we did not open them. The location is quite good, it‘s close to the bus station, you can get to Venice in 30 minutes. The personnel was friendly and let us stay in the lobby before we could check in. Overall, for the price we cannot really complain, a fan would have made the experience a lot better though.

This hotel is advertised as 3 stars, but comes nowhere near to meeting the minimum requirements for 3 stars - It may have been a long time ago but it is definitely not anymore. Staff are not Italian, but from Bangladesh. Communication was an issue - there was only one staff member that worked in the afternoon that could understand English. If you ask them to order you a taxi, they get one of their ”friends” to transport you (which costs more than a normal taxi). The rooms are very small and tired. The bathroom floors are very slippery - my mother fell and hurt herself. Check-in was only available from 3 pm. We arrived on an 11 am flight and were made to wait till 3 pm. There is nowhere to leave luggage securely until check-in. After waiting till 3.30, the cleaner was still busy in the room when we went upstairs to settle in. There is no dining facility (the dining room is closed up). The air-conditioning only operates in the cooler hours of the day - not active between 1 am and 6 am and also between 9 am and 4 pm, which are the hottest parts when needed most and turns off if you open a window and you have to call reception to reset it. It turns off when you leave the room and remove the key. Lots of mosquitoes. We had two different rooms during our stay and both had issues with non-working lights and power points, no bar fridge, and only 1 skinny pillow (more were supplied after multiple requests). There is a lift, but only large enough for one person and a small suitcase. the two of us had to take turns in the lift with our suitcases. There is nowhere in the bathroom to put clothes, toiletries, etc (only one small towel rail and hook) - nowhere in the shower for soaps, etc. Rooms are only serviced (cleaned and re-stocked) every second day. It is convenient to public transport, however, there are very limited and mostly poor eating options in the area. The beds were comfy enough. Only Italian channels were available on the TV in the room.
