I was surprisingly pleased with my stay. I was on the first floor and the room was large and modern and restaurant Delicious was delicious. The pool area was great. No crazy loud people. It was full but quiet and nice. The reception person “Helen” spoke American English and was amazing in her customer service skills. She smiled and was happy to help me right away. She did not push me aside or say I am busy I cannot help you. She was smiling and happy to be there to help. Her English was great. I was also happy to see that they were constantly cleaning. I felt safe and welcomed. Thank you Courtyard…..💐

Well we were very excited about coming to this complex as it is new and has good reviews.we have been coming to Cyprus 45 years visiting our Turkish Cypriot family. We usually stay in kyrenia area but thought we would try the courtyard. We arrived Sunday and there was no cot for our baby. Asked every day and they said at reception the hotel was full and no cots available. They knew we were arriving with a baby. BUY MORE COTS ITS SIMPLE. No room service had to ask on Thursday for clean towels and sheets WHY? SUNDAY again had to ask in morning for room to be cleaned. 6 o'clock not done,back to reception. Housekeeping finished. It's very bad service We paid a lot of money for this holiday and so far have been very disappointed. We have another week yet. The hotel should have more English speaking staff the amount of English speaking visitors here. Also a good idea would be to have a canopy over the children's play area. It's in full sun and the baby pool has no shade either. I would not recommend this complex just yet it needs improvements

Brilliant hotel for families and couples. Located on the road up to iskele. Pools are huge and the hotel has all of the amenities and services of which you could need. Massively recommend the place to anyone.

The main reason this place gets 5 stars is because of Elena Cengizer on reception-there were several issues we encountered that were pretty frustrating, but she was always able to resolve them quickly and professionally-she really was amazing. The resort itself is super clean and well kept, and a very pleasant place to stay. The restaurant is nice enough, but there are definitely much nicer options if you head outside the area. But all in all, a really pleasant stay, made all the better thanks to Elana-thanks Elena!

Hotel with big potential to be perfect. Rooms are big and nice, there is fantastic pool with facilities for kids but wather was dirty. Restaurant is nice but food is just avarage and low quality wines are only available. Area around is all under construction

Beautiful complex, a large swimming pool with 3 slides at the bottom and a small paddling pool. A kids club / hairdresser / beautician, gym and restaurant. The apartments are spacious and clean, however you have to ask a lot for cleaning to be done. It is also not very well furnished (lack of cooking utensils for example), we had to ask for 3X to obtain a baby bed. The swimming pools are nice but people put towels on the deckchairs and don't use them, so there are few places in the shade to settle down. Apart from the two young girls at reception (the brunette and the redhead), a maintenance man and the restaurant servers, the staff is not pleasant at all, not friendly and not helpful. The night receptionist is unfriendly and unpleasant, she doesn't smile and rolls her eyes when you talk to her, but when it's a man it's another pleasant smiling story etc etc. The beach is not as close as you think, at least 10 minutes of walking in the sun with children is great! No shuttle available. Would you like a taxi? Prepare tickets 25 euros for 5 minutes of travel.

I had a studio with twin beds, TV, bathroom, kitchenette, ironing board and iron, and even washing machine. All in a modern and pleasant decor. No carpet on the floor, which I really appreciated, and slippers available in two sizes. I enjoyed the room during the 3 days of occupation. The cleaning was done only once, which didn't bother me at all, given that during the day I left on excursions early in the morning and returned in the evening. The restaurant was in another building, the morning and evening buffets were not grandiose but sufficient for all tastes, at least for mine.

The staff was very attentive and relevant. It was a nice and clean hotel. I was very pleased with my stay. It is a hotel that I can definitely recommend. Even though it is close to the main street, it does not disturb any noise from outside.
