Siamo dei periodici frequentatori di questa struttura ,impeccabile in pulizia ,servizi e sopratutto la colazione ,tutto top ,ma la differenza la fa il personale dell hotel ,in particolar modo Alessandro ,ogni presente ,lavora con una passione smisurata ,come se la struttura fosse sua ,dedizione per il cliente ,si sente l ‘ amore e la passione che ha per questa professione e la trasmette tutta ,mi ha completamente folgorato il suo carisma e ci ha travolti dalla sua energia ,potente e meravigliosa ,ciliegina sulla torta ,il suo aufgus,io credo il più bello a cui io ho partecipato ,la sua danza con l asciugamano in mano era un tutt’uno ,insomma la sua presenza ha reso la nostra permanenza rilassante e super piacevole ,complimenti ad Alessandro Vera anima di questo posto …merita il meglio .

Piacevolissima esperienza in un contesto meraviglioso. Parola d’ordine benessere e relax. Ottimi i servizi dell’hotel, e la SPA, dotata di tutti i confort. Personale molto gentile e disponibile a farci sentire a nostro agio. Un riguardo particolare al maestro di sauna Alessandro Marchini che con la sua capacità e simpatia ha allietato le nostre giornate.

Es war für die beiden Nächte die wir gebucht hatten wunderbar, und wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder kommen für mehrere Nächte. Die Angebote im Hotel waren super auch der Spa Aufenthalt werden wir nächstes Jahr wieder in Angriff nehmen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich nicht aufdringlich aber super Nett.

Eccellente struttura, curato nei dettagli, super pulito.Tutto lo staff gentile e cordiale, ottimi prodotti e gustosi cibi presentati dalla cucina,La Spa organizzata e gestita in maniera eccellente. Qui ci si può veramente rilassare.

Veniamo in questo hotel da 7 anni che presenta come tutte le strutture punti di forza e punti deboli. Tra i punti di forza la SPA ben organizzata anche quest’anno da Alessandro, fra i punti deboli la cucina che si conferma assai confusa e senza corpo. Devo dire che quest’anno in agosto le camere tutte sprovviste di aria condizionata erano molto calde e porte / finestre aperte mi è capitato di respirare il fumo dei vicini poiché nei balconi è consentito fumare. Svegliarsi con il vicino che ti affumica non è piacevole. brave e puntuali le persone della reception. Non credo di tornare ancora in questa struttura.

Wir haben einen perfekten Familienurlaub im Falkensteiner Carinzia verbracht. Das Hotel ist in allen Bereichen (Zimmer, Restaurant, Poolbereich, Spa, etc.) in einem TOP Zustand und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Wir hatten eine sehr geräumige Suite mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei wunderschönen Bädern; sehr empfehlenswert für eine Familie mit Kindern! Das komplette Team, in allen Abteilungen, ist extrem freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit; auch wenn viel zu tun ist. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die gastronomische Leistung; die Qualität der Speisen sowie die Zubereitung und die Präsentation sind wirklich hervorragend! Kurzum: alles perfekt, wir kommen sicher wieder!

Wir haben für unseren ersten Familienurlaub im Juli ganz bewusst eine Bergdestination gewählt und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Kombination aus den Kärntner Bergen und den idyllischen Seen war perfekt für uns. Besonders angenehm war die kurze Anreise mit dem Auto. Lage und HotelDas Hotel liegt ideal – ruhig, aber dennoch zentral zu zahlreichen Ausflugszielen. Der Hotelservice und die Qualität in allen Bereichen waren spitze - vor allem das gesamte Personal war äußerst herzlich und zuvorkommend. Der Wellnessbereich ist toll aufgeteilt und die Spa-Behandlungen sind absolut zu empfehlen! Die Gartenanlage mit ihrer bunten Blumenwiese und der unverbauten Aussicht auf die Berge ist schon fast zu kitschig ;) Kulinarisches AngebotDie Auswahl der Speisen, vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen, war so ausgiebig, dass Groß und Klein immer etwas Leckeres gefunden haben. Die Bar ist charmant und entspannt, und die Cocktails waren ausgezeichnet – sie wurden sogar im Poolbereich serviert :) Familycard - Ein unschlagbares ArgumentEin Highlight unseres Aufenthalts war die Familycard, die zahlreiche Leistungen beinhaltete. Die rote Gondel des Millennium-Express war der Hit für unseren kleinen Sohn. Wir können dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt!
