La chambre était magnifique ! en fait plutôt un appartement qu'une chambre... dommage d'être seule pour en profiter, mais c'est le jeu quand on voyage pour le travail. Propre, et bien décoré, le seul bémol (de taile pourtant) est la difficulté à avoir de l'eau chaude. Un bug de chaudière certainement.

Room was spacious, good and clean. The only thing was that the reception hours need to be communicated properly. We arrived at least half hour before the stated closing hours but already no one there. As we booked through trip.com, we didn’t receive the instructions to the safe where they dropped all the keys for « late » guests. But obviously we weren’t even late as mentioned, we arrived before the reception closing hours. Thankfully we met a gentleman who had the safe’s access code and we were able to retrieve our room keys

But pay attention to checking the amount when buying snacks and small commodities. I bought bread and snacks for more than 3 euros, and was actually charged close to 7 yuan. When booking, I saw that 5-year-olds were free, but I still had some opinions when I arrived at the front desk of the store. After communicating, I checked in smoothly. I also added an extra bed for free, fearing that a family of three would not be enough to live. The room is large in size, and the corridor environment is average and has a strange smell. Parking is just opposite the hotel and there is free parking. There is a steak shop and a pizzeria next to the hotel, which tastes good. The church in Troyes is worth a visit.

Service prima, ook bij het parkeren bijvorbeeld. Kamers keurig, brandschoon, maar eigenlijk ook een beetje ‘kraak noch smaak’. Het ultra-witte licht geeft het een bijna klinische uitstraling. Voor 1 nacht prima hoor, maar geen ‘gezellige’ kamer waar je graag blijft zitten.
