The hotel room is quite big, the decoration is new, the health is good, the overall feeling is not bad, the room is not to choose the street is also very quiet, if the price in the city is more than doubled. It is really nothing around, it is not convenient to eat, the hotel has very few types of breakfast, dinner is ordered, you can send it to the room. Most of the hotels are on business trips. It is a good choice in the surrounding area to solve the travel problem.

It is located in Ocean Park, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Hanoi. I was able to live quietly. You can think of it as a Korean apartment complex, and it is equipped with all the basic options, so you can stay quietly for a long period of time. It seems like a good place to stay.

Very nice boutique hotel in the middle of the Old quarter near shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to help you as needed. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Great air conditioning. Breakfast was very good and a lot of choices. It is buffet style and you can also order different foods like Pho, banana pancake, Vietnamese egg rolls and so much more.

I stayed two nights there in two different rooms. One overlooking the street and one with windows but with no views. Both were good and quiet. The bed was super comfy, very nice bed linen, great bathroom with powerful shower. Good breakfast, very friendly staff.

Our second holiday in Hanoi & Vietnam as we ran out of time on our first visit to experience all of the ancient culture , charms and modern day luxury of the old and new Hanoi . The new Brilliant Nature Suites & Spa is a good base to start your explorations & a calming retreat at the end of the day to rest your weary limbs . The Hotel was basic but clean and modern . Conveniently located within walking distance of the Water Puppet Theatre , Hoan Kiem Lake and many restaurants . Our particular room was comfortable and spotlessly clean . We particularly enjoyed being able to cast content from our 'phones onto the large screen in our room . The Wi-Fi connection was great too ! The nearby railway could be noisy but the sound proofing was really good , and with the windows closed it wasn't noticeable . My wife used the Spa and said that the treatments were excellent and the overall experience was incredible . ( ” I think I am missing a trick here ” ? ) Everything was clean , modern and the staff were super helpful . Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Brilliant Nature Suites & Spa . We felt that it was good value for money .

Service and room were ok but I was a bit unlucky because of the bad weather

Westlake Pearl Hotel experienced I booked at Westlake Pearl Hotel for me and my friends to stay in Hanoi, Vietnam on one of a booking app/agent. Until the day before my booking date that I knew I booked already, I noticed that I booked wrong date, I saw my wrong booking of June 9-10, instead of July 9-10, 2024. Suddenly I had anxiety, I tried to solve it with the booking agent I used but there is another payment. So I called the Westlake Pearl Hotel, I spoke to one of their staff Tony he helped me to inform his hotel manager and ask for approval, and their manager approved immediately to use my wrong booking date on the date it should be. Im so grateful to all of them. They are polite and accommodating. I also highly recommend their Hotel as it is clean, accessible by grab/car and good for friends and family to stay as it is spacious, you can also cook, reheat food and do laundry as they have complete appliances inside the room with 2 bedrooms. I love their shower gel, shampoo and liquid hand soap it was so fragrant. We also had free breakfast. We felt at home that day/night of our stay there. Once again thank you so much Weatlake Pearl Hotel for accommodating us without hustle.

Great experience, everyone is so lovely. Comfortable rooms, super clean, everything is so close by, very convenient. Hanoi's public transportation system is very good. There is a bus stop right outside this place, which can go to most places in Hanoi. There are local buffets, parks, bigc, etc. around, which is very convenient. The room is average, not bad, but the water has a smell, probably because the pool has not been cleaned. I have reminded the manager to deal with it. The price is cheap.
