Location is awesome, very close to sun plaza and food street and only need walking ~10min. Surrounding environment is quite even it is close to the town.
The buffet Breakfast are good.
All the staffs are friendly,nice. And they help us arrange the van to Lao Cai from SA PA with no agency fee, the price is reasonable!
Definitely will recommend to all.

Wow,wow,wow! Mr Kim and his staff made us feel so welcome. We organised a trekking trip through Mr Kim which was awesome and cost less than the other ones in Sapa. Mr Kim helped us with heaps of things and made our stay in Sapa brilliant. The hotel is perfectly located, we enjoyed the views and the buffet breakfast. Would highly recommend you stay here.

Perfect location, next to the hussle and bustle, without having the noise of the town. Spacious, comfortable, clean rooms. Beautiful view from our balcony. Breakfast was superb! The staff was very helpful and friendly and ev3n pleasantly surprised us with a lunch packet our return journey

It is rare that I give full marks. Here I do: The hotel is very centrally located but still quiet. It is an 8-10 minute walk from the train or bus station. We received a room upgrade and were given two family rooms with large windows and a great view of the lake. Everything was very clean and tidy! I would also like to mention the very tasty breakfast, which should have something for everyone. Mr. Kim and Mrs. Mia look after their guests excellently and very warmly. Strongly recommended!
