Upgrade to 2nd story for 100000 rupiah per night. Good sea view but service a bit lacking cause they cant understand English well

The location of the hotel is good, but the attitude of the waiter is not ideal. It may be because they are not busy enough. (The bed sheets and pillowcases were not changed... There is a strange smell...) The overall appearance of the hotel is actually good, but the facilities in the room are not good. The door is patched and the door lock is loose and unreliable. The gap of the lock bolt is so large that I can open the door by inserting any skewed object directly into the lock bolt. The gap between the room and the net room door frame is also very large and you can see directly from the outside... (Finally, I chose to change a room... I changed to a musty room...🤦)

The resort is with nice lake view. Room is very spacious. Furnitures are very old and run down. The bathroom stink and the shower head cracked.
The resort compound surrounded by nature and beautiful Lake Toba scenery. Food at the restaurant is good and affordable
