Kids. Conveniently located by the mall and plenty of eateries to choose from. Staff were kinds and pleasant. Breakfast was typically standard and can be better but a great experience overall.

I recently stayed at the Tru by Hilton in Tukwila, Washington. The customer service was impeccable. Within 30 minutes of checking in, I received a text asking how my room was. When I reported that the air conditioning was not working, someone was sent immediately to check on it. Unfortunately, it did not work, so I was quickly moved to another room where the air conditioning did work. The room was comfortable, and the bed was medium firm, which I like. The hotel is close to many great restaurants and shopping. I would definitely book and stay here again.
