Everything was great until they charged my card a second time for the room. But they made sure it was refunded back to the bank. Other than that, great hotel in a great location.

Very misleading says has pool and pool is closed and it's summer time!!! Not happy at all!! Also the front desk person was not helpful at all with advising us about the facility bad service

They don't tell you they don't accept cashapp visa cards at the property after you book even though they'll let you book with the card online, or that you can pay cash (like i was trying to do) AFTER they charge the card on the booking site, then pay cash after you stay. So, since the card on file was cashapp, i had to leave and go put money in another account to come back and use that card, just to pay cash after the stay 🤔 kind of annoying. The hotel is nice though, room big and bed comfy. Pool is seasonal and hot tub (they're outdoors). Breakfast is 6am to 10am downstairs. Plenty of trailer parking.

Furniture bench was torn, ragged and worn out. Door lock was broken in the plastic cover. No relaxing bath because the water stopper did not work. I would not stay there again and have stayed at many Hampton Inns. Lock was broken on the room for our friends too.

While traveling, I stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Tulsa Central. Jesse at the front desk, gave outstanding service. Unfortunately, the rest of the hotel experience didn't quite match up. The room was notably missing a microwave, which limited meal options. Additionally, the pillows provided were small and flat, impacting the quality of sleep. While the staff was great, these amenities, or lack thereof, made the overall experience just average. Barely Recommneded.
