We usually love this hotel, we stay here numerous times a year for special occasions and nights out. However apparently there is 'New Management'. As a diamond Rewards member when I stay, my wife and I get $15 credit each for food or drink. Every single visit we have used it towards room service without issue, we still pay a tip and the room service fee, again never an issue. This last stay our credit was not applied and when I inquired about it upon checkout they said don't worry about it we'll get it taken care of, well days later and the credit still wasn't applied so I call the hotel, informed of new managment and a new policy where its only "in person" at the bar or restraunt, seems like a small issue but its about principle. This year alone we have been here about three or four times and again it's never been brought to our attention that there was any sort of policy change, never an issue..it is up to the hotel to inform guests at check-in if there's a policy change like this or have a sign or something, to just basically tell us too bad so sad is incredibly unprofessional and as much as we love the hotel itself, it makes me not want to give them any more business.
