Combination Anniversary and attending wedding in town. Bride and Groom from Tulsa suggested this hotel and if i could give 6 stars i would! Best in Tulsa and would be tops in any city! From Manager Mr Mazaro to all the staff, all excellent and top notch at their job and craft. Rooms are great, we got a suite, deco high ceilings, beds sooo comfortable. Chamber restaurant excellent service, Great Breakfast, lunch, atmosphere street views, Mgr lady there a delight and efficient. Chamber Bar there beautiful, and in lobby good also. Close to everything.

The staff were very helpful and went over and beyond to ensure that we had the best experience. The food was excellent. William was stellar. He provided us information about places to visit during our stay. He also provided us complimentary shuttle service. I give an overall 10+ rating and would return to the hotel in the future. Staff were friendly and gave us complimentary bottles of water. My room was very clean and comfortable.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! Everyone! Special mention to William, he went above and beyond to help us with recommendations from restaurants, activities going on in the city, and must see or do! Even recommended ice cream flavor at shop next door. The restaurant in hotel was great food and service as well. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

We usually love this hotel, we stay here numerous times a year for special occasions and nights out. However apparently there is 'New Management'. As a diamond Rewards member when I stay, my wife and I get $15 credit each for food or drink. Every single visit we have used it towards room service without issue, we still pay a tip and the room service fee, again never an issue. This last stay our credit was not applied and when I inquired about it upon checkout they said don't worry about it we'll get it taken care of, well days later and the credit still wasn't applied so I call the hotel, informed of new managment and a new policy where its only "in person" at the bar or restraunt, seems like a small issue but its about principle. This year alone we have been here about three or four times and again it's never been brought to our attention that there was any sort of policy change, never an issue..it is up to the hotel to inform guests at check-in if there's a policy change like this or have a sign or something, to just basically tell us too bad so sad is incredibly unprofessional and as much as we love the hotel itself, it makes me not want to give them any more business.

Hotel was great. Everything from the room to the restaurant to the location was perfect. Service was great and helpful. The valet Kevin was friendly and professional, and helped me with directions several times. Would definitely stay at this hotel any time I go back to Tulsa!

Lovely story to this hotel, was once the chamber of commerce and has tunnels underneath. Would be nice to be able to ready the story rather than ask. Getting luggage up the stairs a little difficult, if there was a loft we were not told. Breakfast was good, room was ok
