We chose this hotel as we are Hiton honor members and love other Curio collection hotels we have stayed at. It did not disappoint ! From checking in we were made to feel very welcome, rather than incur cost of valet parking the parking attendant let us use his space overnight and just put a few quarters in the meter the next morning after 8am, we used the complimentary shuttle both nights and thank you Ron for the suggestions of where to visit and also the hotel tour great to hear its history we fell in love with Tulsa and will use this hotel when we go back

South Tulsa - Woodland Hills
We arrived on a Thursday and left on Monday morning. Came to Tulsa to see Alice In Chains at the Brady Theater. This wasn’t the closest place to the venue, but after much research we decided to stay here for safety, accessibility to parks, restaurants, and 2 of our favorite grocery stores. Also based on the reviews of this hotel. I needed an ADA room with wheelchair access since I had my knee replaced just 4 weeks prior to this trip. This room was awesome! We could’ve had a wheelchair party with 100 wheelchairs! We got the one bedroom suite with king size bed. They probably fixed us up with the best room in the hotel for someone like me, who traveled earlier than Doctor wanted, and had to stay in bed most of the time lol. The room was huge, quiet, super clean and comfortable, and had a nice view of the skies when the thunder and lightning storms rolled in. Their landscaping is awesome. Every single one of the employees that we encountered, had a smile and were exceptionally friendly. They take pride in this hotel and it shows. I’ve got OCD and would never walk around without slippers in a hotel room, but felt comfortable doing in here when I couldn’t reach them due to mobility issues. We didn’t get to use the pool because storms but it was clean. The free breakfast was pretty good. It would’ve been better with fresh melons and berries but since the plandemic, those have been hard to come by on hotel breakfast menus. The seating area for breakfast was very nice, having indoor and outdoor options. Too bad I had to stay in the room most of the time, hooked up to my electric water cooler for knee inflammation, we would’ve taken advantage of that pool and sat outdoors when the weather was nice. Love love love this hotel. Give me an excuse to go back to Tulsa and we’ll be there!

This is a great hotel! One of the cleanest I've been to in a while! The room was an adequate size for two - the bathroom was huge and very clean - other than the occasional loud vehicle on the roads outside, our stay was very quiet. The bed was comfortable - maybe a little on the soft side but worked for us. We did not eat the breakfast so I cannot comment on if it was good or bad. Hotel is located near lots of shopping and eating places - from fast food to sit down dining and you can find about any type of food you want within a two mile area. Staff seemed friendly. For $100 this was a great value in a hotel! We will be staying here again!
Aloft Tulsa Downtown

There was a prolonged heat dome over Oklahoma a couple of weeks ago and it was no time for a hotel's AC to be having problems, but alas that was the case with the Aloft Tulsa Downtown. Two rooms we were given on the 10th floor had thermostat set to 68 but room temperatures of 79 and 81. Then we got moved to the 3rd floor, which was good the first day but then had the same problem the second day. The afternoon/evening desk person was nice and apologetic each time we came with an issue. Eventually a maintenance guy came up to the room at 10:30 at night and worked on it for a while. He managed to get it to where the temp would top out at 75 or so, which was livable. But it wasn't just a room issue; the whole hotel seemed to be struggling, as corridors were not cool and the desk people were keeping the lobby door open and had a large fan blowing at them. Otherwise, the room was clean and enjoyable, with a high ceiling and plenty of boutique touches similar to other Alofts. One of us didn't like how the bathroom was arranged with a sliding door and no good place to put the bathmat after a shower. The other of us was okay with the layout but didn't like that the middle position of the bathroom faucet gives hot water to drink. There are food items including a variety of items for breakfast on sale in the lobby. There is a pool that guests seemed to be enjoying and an outdoor table area and patio from which we could watch sunsets. The morning desk person had lots of interesting advice for things to see or do in Tulsa or outlying areas. For what it's worth, the Apple Maps app has the wrong idea where the hotel is and will take you to location that does you no good. You need to go to Denver and Fifth, then past the Tulsa County Central Library, and that's where the entrance is. Then once you've found it, there's a gate that has to open for you, both entering and leaving. And if you're just out for a walk, there are different gates for a human to use, which require a code to get back in - be sure to ask the desk person because they don't inform you otherwise. The reason for all that security may be the immediate area, which is not that appealing. Despite being the downtown, there isn't much going on there, even on weekdays. And sadly there is a homeless problem in the area, especially in front of the aforementioned library (which is a great facility if you go inside). About the most normal activity comes in the morning when lawyers and others enter the Tulsa County Courthouse which is opposite the library. Now maybe the area is more active when there is an event at the BOK Arena a couple of blocks away, or a convention is taking place at the Cox Business Center right behind the hotel, but when were there for three days, the area was just not happening (in stark contrast to Bricktown in OKC, where we had been previously).

There were so many great things that I wish I could say about my stay at the Fair Field by Marriott Hotel in Tulsa Oklahoma. Unfortunately, they were all overshadowed by one horrible experience that left me and my 8-year-old son traumatized and regretting my decision to stay at this prestigious hotel. I booked a room for two nights this past weekend at this Marriott Location. My first night was exceptional meeting all the expectations that Marriott provides in their vision statement. My second night has left me and my 8-year-old son with feelings of terror and distress. After deciding to get rest for the night, because we had a busy day planned for that morning, I tucked my little one in and prepared for bed. At approximately 2:30 a.m. on Sunday February 22nd, 2022, I was startled by the motion of someone trying to enter my room. After a couple of seconds follows several heavy knocks at the door. Because I was startled, my first thought was maybe the noise was coming from across the hall. About three minutes later someone tried entering my room again this time more aggressive than the first. I realized that someone was entering my room but could not enter completely because I had the extra hotel door latch at the top of the door. I proceeded to tell who was entering that they had the wrong room. The lady was enraged tells me that she has a key, and she was entering! This woman was clearly trying to enter with intent to harm whoever was in the room. She then stated that she was armed, and she was looking for her husband, as she thought he was in the room with another women. The horror that took over my body was like no other. After pleading with this woman that she had the wrong room she proceeded to leave. Fast forward to how she was able to gain access to my room. To my surprise the hotel concierge had given her a key card at 2:30 a.m. without my permission or identification since the person she was looking for, he and I shared the same last name. There are no words that can explain this experience. As a mother I thought that if I had not taken the time to make sure the hotel latch was on the door, neither my son nor myself may not be her to send a warning to others, all due to negligence of the hotel staff. Our lives were put in danger. The expectations that Marriott bestowed was obliterated by distrust and failure. I will never stay at this location or any other Marriott property again and I will be filing a formal complaint with the company.

We had an excellent experience staying at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Tulsa's Downtown Arts District. The location is prime, and it's within walking distance to many of downtown Tulsa's attractions and restaurants. First of all, the attached parking garage was easy to navigate and it provided a safe space for our vehicle. The entire property is secured by key card, so security was never a question. The elevators were quick and responsive, and navigating the property was easy and straightforward. The room was perfectly clean and well put together, and the front desk service was friendly and informative. We enjoyed the pool, which felt like it was saline (no smelly chlorine, awesome!). The breakfast was tasty with vegan and vegetarian options as well. Thanks especially to Kristin and Sarah for the exceptional service and great experience. We highly recommend staying at the Fairfield Inn & Suites -Tulsa Downtown Arts District anytime you're traveling through Tulsa. We will certainly plan to stop by next time we're in town.
