Disaster. Do not stay at this hotel without confirmation that construction is done. Loud drilling sanding hammering you name it all day. It's so loud. If you want a decent view this is not the place. All I could see was the highway which is very noisy as well. The pool and hot tub are nice but the hot tub is hit or miss on turning the jets on. They do have adult swim from 10:30 to midnight which was nice. Breakfast is great with lots of options and made to order omelets. Between 5:30 and 7 they have a social hour with snacks and 2 free drinks per person. There is also a steak house but we didn't try it. The lobby is extremely cold so take a sweater or jacket! Unfortunately you can't use the outdoor area by the pool because of the construction. Definitely as for a room by the elevator because it's a long walk. With the construction the only floors with an ice machine are 1 and 9. The shower floor is extremely slick. We ended up laying a towel down in the shower because it was so bad. The hot water takes a while to kick in. The shower does have shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is no lotion provided. If you are a Stanley/Swig person the wet bar sink is horrible to wash them out in! Take paper towels! There is free parking on site. I would probably stay at this location again AFTER all construction is done. Staff was great!

Had a great experience checking in with Jennifer. She was having to multitask but didn’t miss a beat. After checking in and getting settled Mr John Perez handling the bistro and bar better then a pro. He was very friendly and personable. I ordered the wings but they didn’t have the sauce I was hoping they had. Well John got with Jennifer and they created and awesome sauce to die for. Needless to say they created an experience that will make me return. Such customer accommodation and service is few and far between but this place exceeded all expectations. Do your self a favor and stay here. If you do say hi to Jennifer and John for me.

We were there for the Eagles concert and were flying out the next morning. Hotel is very dated, although trying to act like they're better than they are. Not there much, but after wife washed her face the sink was stopped up and filled with ugly grey-black water. Best part of hotel is the location and easy shuttle to airport.

We arrived on a Thursday and left on Monday morning. Came to Tulsa to see Alice In Chains at the Brady Theater. This wasn’t the closest place to the venue, but after much research we decided to stay here for safety, accessibility to parks, restaurants, and 2 of our favorite grocery stores. Also based on the reviews of this hotel. I needed an ADA room with wheelchair access since I had my knee replaced just 4 weeks prior to this trip. This room was awesome! We could’ve had a wheelchair party with 100 wheelchairs! We got the one bedroom suite with king size bed. They probably fixed us up with the best room in the hotel for someone like me, who traveled earlier than Doctor wanted, and had to stay in bed most of the time lol. The room was huge, quiet, super clean and comfortable, and had a nice view of the skies when the thunder and lightning storms rolled in. Their landscaping is awesome. Every single one of the employees that we encountered, had a smile and were exceptionally friendly. They take pride in this hotel and it shows. I’ve got OCD and would never walk around without slippers in a hotel room, but felt comfortable doing in here when I couldn’t reach them due to mobility issues. We didn’t get to use the pool because storms but it was clean. The free breakfast was pretty good. It would’ve been better with fresh melons and berries but since the plandemic, those have been hard to come by on hotel breakfast menus. The seating area for breakfast was very nice, having indoor and outdoor options. Too bad I had to stay in the room most of the time, hooked up to my electric water cooler for knee inflammation, we would’ve taken advantage of that pool and sat outdoors when the weather was nice. Love love love this hotel. Give me an excuse to go back to Tulsa and we’ll be there!

Excellent
GGuest UserI was locked out of my room on the third afternoon. During my conference. Room #850 The Hotel said the booking was for 2 nights and asked me to leave or pay another $150.00. Because I already paid for the room I said no Then they had security remove me from the room and I left the Hotel.
GGuest UserThere was a prolonged heat dome over Oklahoma a couple of weeks ago and it was no time for a hotel's AC to be having problems, but alas that was the case with the Aloft Tulsa Downtown. Two rooms we were given on the 10th floor had thermostat set to 68 but room temperatures of 79 and 81. Then we got moved to the 3rd floor, which was good the first day but then had the same problem the second day. The afternoon/evening desk person was nice and apologetic each time we came with an issue. Eventually a maintenance guy came up to the room at 10:30 at night and worked on it for a while. He managed to get it to where the temp would top out at 75 or so, which was livable. But it wasn't just a room issue; the whole hotel seemed to be struggling, as corridors were not cool and the desk people were keeping the lobby door open and had a large fan blowing at them. Otherwise, the room was clean and enjoyable, with a high ceiling and plenty of boutique touches similar to other Alofts. One of us didn't like how the bathroom was arranged with a sliding door and no good place to put the bathmat after a shower. The other of us was okay with the layout but didn't like that the middle position of the bathroom faucet gives hot water to drink. There are food items including a variety of items for breakfast on sale in the lobby. There is a pool that guests seemed to be enjoying and an outdoor table area and patio from which we could watch sunsets. The morning desk person had lots of interesting advice for things to see or do in Tulsa or outlying areas. For what it's worth, the Apple Maps app has the wrong idea where the hotel is and will take you to location that does you no good. You need to go to Denver and Fifth, then past the Tulsa County Central Library, and that's where the entrance is. Then once you've found it, there's a gate that has to open for you, both entering and leaving. And if you're just out for a walk, there are different gates for a human to use, which require a code to get back in - be sure to ask the desk person because they don't inform you otherwise. The reason for all that security may be the immediate area, which is not that appealing. Despite being the downtown, there isn't much going on there, even on weekdays. And sadly there is a homeless problem in the area, especially in front of the aforementioned library (which is a great facility if you go inside). About the most normal activity comes in the morning when lawyers and others enter the Tulsa County Courthouse which is opposite the library. Now maybe the area is more active when there is an event at the BOK Arena a couple of blocks away, or a convention is taking place at the Cox Business Center right behind the hotel, but when were there for three days, the area was just not happening (in stark contrast to Bricktown in OKC, where we had been previously).
GGuest UserThe service here was outstanding. This place is quiet and spotless. I was so surprised because I had a bad experience before but the new manager Matthew made all the difference. You really want to give them a try if you ever stayed here before. Excellent amenities. Excellent waiting area. Rooms were spotless. Breakfast was awesome. Waffles, eggs, sausage and gravy and even cereal for the kids. There's a mall across the street and there's a couple of places eating areas very close by as well as Barnes & Noble and how could I forget there's also an indoor pool for the kids.If you traveling to Tulsa near the Woodland Hills Mall area or even if you're not please try this hotel.
EEricThe room could’ve been cleaner, but the location was great. The hotel has a good restaurant and bar combination. Nothing too fancy, but very convenient. We’re actually staying again tonight as our business dealings have extended our stay in Tulsa.
GGuest UserThe area had many homeless and sketchy people in the parking lot but being right off the highway it’s easy to get to where you need to go quickly. Front desk staff is exceptionally friendly. My room had an adjoining door that was unlocked when i arrived and there were occupants in the room. That kinda rubbed me the wrong way. The room was clean. Lots of cigarette butts all over the ground. The rooms are very outdated which is likely why the AC didn’t seem to work very well.
LLearaWonderful hotel to stay at with the family. They have recently updated the place and it's wonderful. Wish we would of been staying longer. The man at the front desk was so friendly. We have 5 kids and they were willing to give us and extra bed, pillows, and blankets.
