Great stay, nice rooms and nice to have your own plunge pool. Location is in a new residential development area about 35mins walk from the center

The host is just amazing, so friendly, so attentive and truly wants you to have the best stay. He recommended us some great places to go and was very helpful whenever we needed anything. The place itself is beautiful, such a great location which is really quiet and peaceful. The rooms are really clean and the beds are SO comfortable! If you are planning to stay in Tulum then this place is a really great choice, you won’t regret it.

Les photos sont à la hauteur de l’hébergement. Très bon accueil sur place et pour des adresses où de l’aide si besoin. Cuisine bien équipée, Nespresso disponible. Par contre, les chambres côté rue (Kulkulkan) sont bruyantes. Le rooftop est agréable.

Con servicio de restaurante, bar y atencion permanente en recepcion le daria una puntuacion de 5. Todo lo demas me parecion muy bueno, la atrncion de Braulio como anfitrion fue excelente, las camas excelentes, la amplitud de la habitacion muy buena, buenos espacios para guardar, baños amplios, limpios y bien dotados, la cocineta excelente y bien dotada, el hotel esta en un sitio muy central, requiere orientacion por wase y map, porque es una zona nueva donde la nomenclatura y marcacion de calles es muy pobre y confusa

The property itself was not bad, it is not old, everything inside is looking like in the photos, but...the service was poor, i would say even upsetting, because you need to ask the host for everything and every day. For example every day you need to ask for water, coffee sticks (there were two coffee sticks at the beginning as there is a coffee machine there) sugar...every second or third day you need to ask for toilet paper, fresh towels and so on...
The cleaning was every second day which is not that bad, but they only make up your bed, and wash the dishes and take out trash...
What about the area - construction all around which is going even on weekends.
Now about the host - very pleasant guy, was always ready to help you, gave few advises, where to go and what to do, but as i said there should be a list of what is included in to the price and what have to be paid extra and you do not have to ask for such things like water, towels, sugar, coffee, and so on
Over all, it was definitely not the worst place we have been in our life, but they need to work on logic of there services.
