I made a reservation for our church group and immediately realized I made a mistake. I called to cancel. The manager, Cory, wasn’t willing to let us cancel without charging us the full price. It had only been 4 minutes so they wouldn’t have been out anything. That’s not how you treat customers. We all make mistakes. If it had been longer, I could understand, but 4 minutes? With that kind of attitude, I’d be careful when deciding to stay at this property.
