Primeiramente me colocaram no quarto 410. Cheguei e o lençol da cama estava sujo e a cama afundada de um lado. Solicitei a troca e o recepcionista dificultou a troca, cedendo ao final qdo eu disse que se fosse pra ficar naquele quarto eu iria embora. No outro quarto a água do chuveiro não esquentava. Questionei novamente o recepcionista e ele disse que deveria deixar o chuveiro ligado por 5 minutos, mas que não entendia bem sobre o funcionamento. Por fim, no dia seguinte, já com outro recepcionista, desci e pedi para pegarem meu carro na garagem. A equipe do hotel que havia guardada o carro na noite anterior. O recepcionista, de forma ríspida, disse que estava sozinho e que não podia pegar o carro. Disse que se eu quisesse eu mesmo que pegasse. Tirando a rispidez da forma como ele falou, tudo certo. O problema maior foi eu perguntar onde estava meu carro e ele responder que não sabia. Que eu deveria procurar no estacionamento. Esse era meu hotel preferido em Uberlândia, mas depois dessa viagem repensarei se ainda ficarei nesse local.
