Nice property in very serene and calm location of udaipur ....Rooms are neat and clean... Nice and simple breakfast spread.... We had a dinner at restaurant which was awesome.... Very accessible from airport and railwaystation..... Staff is quick and helpfull... Enjoyed my stay.... Thank u so much Abhishek ji.... Keep it up n all the best🙏

The room service was good, the hotel was good and the location was good and also nearest to udaipur city

Service is very slow or there is no one to pay attention to the complaint. Food or snacks price is very high like 5 star hotel or even though the price is high, there is no taste in the food.

Fantastic place my family really enjoyed speciality gm sir arrange rooftop candle night dinner and love recommend special SKK daal delicious enjoy two soup Bowl sohan ji very kind person room are so specious washroom neet and clean thanks 👍👍

We had one of the worst experiences at this hotel. The telephone in the room that was allocated didn’t work. The 2nd room they gave us didn’t have a luggage rack. Where is one supposed to keep your bags. We had to use the table. So, we were short of table space. The safe didn’t work. It took 2 days to finally repair it. They obviously don’t check all the facilities in the room before allocating it to a guest. The toilet in this room was tiny. When I complained that some evenings we didn’t have hot water, they said you have to let the water run for 10 minutes to get hot water. What a waste of water. The body and hand wash soap were of poor quality. The sofa in the room was stained. The leather of the writing table chair was torn. The restaurant chairs were stained and paint was peeling off. The al carte food we ordered was very tasty and well prepared. Breakfast is an Indian veg buffet and is OK. The staff do try their best to help wherever possible. There is onsite parking. The last straw was when checking out we were told that their International credit card facility was still not connected. This should have been informed to us in advance. As an international visitor we don’t have access to PayTM or any other Indian online facility. It took a good 45 minutes to sort this out as the reservation guy had to provide us with a link for payment. The hotel is desperately in need of a refurbishment. Everything is jaded and old. Given the many options available in Udaipur, I would recommend considering other hotels that can promise a more positive experience. I sincerely hope that management addresses these concerns as substantial improvements are needed to meet a level of quality.

Perfect stay, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast and great location. Highly recommend Friendly staff, immaculate rooms, top notch amenities, exceptional service from check in to check out the staff exceeded our expectations. 5/5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
