Never do such mistakes by taking a room in this hotel. Your entire trip will be ruined. They maintain dirty rooms which doesn't have a separate geyser. Hot water facility is solar based which will never work in winters. Even if you don't have any other option to take rooms. never ever go for this hotel. They don't maintain any standards of Oyo even though they have a Oyo brandingh.

Had booked hotel but at the time of boarding late in the night no one picked up the phone from hotel property and had to search another hotel for stay. Need refund.

Food is good, hotel property is not that good but staff hospitability is too good. Overall it's a good budget stay.

Property is located in center of the city and walkable to city palace, bazzar and bua stop. Very good palce to stay, room is clean and maintained well. Staffs are polite. If you are a solo and budget traveller will recommend to stay.

The hotel was located at a good location. It was just 1. 5 kms away from lake pichola and city palace. Room was clean and tidy. Bathroom taps were leaking and wash basin tap was not working.
