The services are very poor. After booking the hotel, I felt that the facilities were just for show, with a mindset like a 'lala ki dukan.' You can't expect good ethics here—completely unprofessional. I strongly recommend avoiding this property

The room & location is okay but the staff and service is terrible. For a single thing you have to tell them so many times and still they don't listen. Restaurant food is below average and very slow service you have to wait for long hours for your food. I've seen people preferring other restaurants for dinner. They really need to improvise the staff and service

My stay at shaurya residency began with a warm and welcoming check-in process. The lobby was spacious, elegant, and gave off a luxurious vibe with its modern decor and comfortable seating areas. The staff at the front desk were friendly and efficient, ensuring that the process was smooth and quick. I appreciated the personal touch of being offered a complimentary welcome drink while i waited. The executive room was impressive. It was spacious, well-lit, and meticulously clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with plush pillows and high-quality linens that ensured a good night's sleep. The room also featured a large flat-screen tv, a mini-bar stocked with a variety of snacks and beverages, and a work desk, which was convenient for the bit of work i needed to do. The hotel's location was ideal for my trip, situated in the heart of the city center, making it easy to walk to many popular attractions, restaurants, and shops. Public transportation was also easily accessible, which was convenient for exploring further afield. My stay at shaurya hotel was enjoyable and comfortable. The high level of service, excellent amenities, and convenient location made it a great choice for my trip. I would definitely consider staying here again, although i might request a room with a better view next time.

When i enter the property. It was good and staff here was also good and soft spoken. The room's furniture was good but the amenities inside the room was not upto the list they provide while booking. And more importantly. The bedsheet and rasoi they provided was so dirty and i asked to change it for 2-3 times but they just be like. Ya sure sir. But every-time i came to room i find it the same. And even in cleanliness of room they just change the side of bedsheet. So according to me the most useful thing was useless. And now about food. First day breakfast was good. But after that i was below than average.

Nice place, room were clean and well maintained, restaurant was also very beautiful, Food quality was good.

Brand new property right in the middle of the town! very accessible and conveniently located near major tourist destinations as well as market area. Very spacious, cozy and clean rooms. Very responsive staff. The rooftop bar and restaurant has awesome views of the city and is a perfect spot to wind down around the end of the day.
