The rooms and decor in this hotel are beautiful. It gives you the feeling of being in a palace. The hotel is lit up at night and looks amazing. The breakfast was simple but good and staff were friendly. We had to change rooms due to a damp smell coming from the room but they were able to move us.

A stay in Chunda Palace was an amazing experience. It is a real haveli turned into a hotel. From the first step in the hotel when we were welcomed till the day we left, we were made to feel like a member of a royal family. Each and every individual staff from the front desk to the restaurant was warm and courteous. The restaurant setting is in an excellent location in the terrace with arrangement to sit outside too with a view of the city. The room was well appointed with a decor that gave a royal touch. Every small detail in the room was taken care of ( may be few more electrical charging points would have helped considering present day requirements). The bathroom was big and perfect!! The location of Chunda Palace is very good, close to Fatehsagar lake. We stayed for 3 nights and visited popular tourist locations including Mt Abu. Wish we had a day or two more to enjoy just the hotel, the terrace and the swimming pools - actually there two of them, one in the floor we stayed in ( 2nd) and another infinity pool on the terrace. I do not know if it was a 5 star or a 4 star hotel but it is definitely a ROYAL hotel and highly recommended this place.

It was a good and comfortable stay at chunda palace. We enjoyed living in imperial suits. Staff of the hotel was very hospitable and dinner on roof top restaurant was truly enjoyable. Moreover, it provided a very good panasonic view of the entire city from its rooftop, which is a very good opportunity for sunrise scenery from the property.

Niranjan manager and mr chunilal was very very good persons in every thing . Very attentative at all times. In resturant and i wish them all the best for taking care for customers. Chunda palace all the staff was very good. And food and service was alsi very good.

I’ve Booked Royal imperial however they upgraded complimentary to suite . Property is fantastic…Food and others services was excellent.. pool and restaurant area Awsme

We had booked fir 4 nights but we just stayed for 1 night & shifted to other place. We did nor like the property at all. The pricing is exhorbitant compared to 5 star hotels which are having excellent surroundings.

I travelled from Canada and was blown away by this hotel, a real palace still owned and operated by the royal family. The entire place is a work of art and beautiful like none other, and everything in the room worked as expected. All staff were super. I've never experienced anything like this anywhere in North America. The front desk staff and Yogesh were fantastic. Thank you.

Recently stayed at the chunda palace. We had picked it for it's eclectic decor and central location and were delighted by their excellent customer service, cleanliness, room amenities, roof top dinner and drinks with live music. Had their lal maas for dinner which was yummy and the breakfast spread was also a good mix of indian and english, veg and non-veg. Highly recommended.
