Premier Inn Glasgow East

Decent enough Premier Inn, at a very good price, but the restaurant was closed ( we did want breakfast ) and the mess outside, no doubt from the pub/restaurant attached ( which was, er, closed ) put you off a bit. Few people coming in late waking us up too. A bit rough.

Sunday Breakfast again in the Black Bear at Premier Inn Glasgow East (Uddingston) Once again excellent service from Debbie and the food was of the usual high standard cooked fresh to order and a large selection from the Continental Buffet makes this the best value breakfast in the area. See you again soon

Terrible service in the restaurant ordered a mixed grill and asked for an extra piece of gammon instead of the two sausages Was told no the first time this has ever happened to me as the gammon is only small not a big cost difference between them

Overall a very pleasant stay given the circumstances - we were attending a family funeral. All staff on this visit were very helpful but a special mention must go to Leigh-Ann who went above and beyond when we encountered an unforeseen last minute hitch. Her help in the matter was very much appreciated by all.

Great stay- family friendly- met Janet I believe her name was- she was cleaning the rooms on the bottom floor- she was great help- especially when it came to more towels- all the girls on the Desk were Great- Breakfast was fine- but the kids ate for free which made it worthwhile- 3 croissants down and some apple juice- all was well! 5/5 for an golden oldie

Polite staff at check in, room was clean and staff brought extra towels upon request. Restaurant was clean and staff were friendly. Food was nice and fair priced. Checkout was simple and quick. Overall lovely stay and would recommend. Thanks

Stayed plenty of times at this hotel but this is the first time leaving a review great hotel with amazing staff and service rooms may be a bit dated but they are always cleaned to a great standard they also go above and beyond for you if you need anything.

Plenty of space, but perhaps a few too many pot holes, in the car park and a warm welcome at reception. The usual well appointed and clean Premier Inn rooms, but maybe just a touch too cold on arrival, awaited with plenty of tea / coffee available. The reception staff were very pleasant, providing all the necessary information and sorting out a table for dinner. The attached 'Beefeater' bar /restaurant is one of the best ones we have (recently) been in. A good choice of beers, including the beer and a reasonable choice of food all of which we tried was well prepared and presented. A big shout out to Rachel and Coco for their excellent service and friendly welcome.
