It's the most sadak chaap class of hotel, don't ever book it, it doesn't even deserve any business, the sonagaachi class of people are the ones who own and also who work here. He abused a customer at sagar gaire and got a proper treatment in his own language in return.

I had the worst experience of my life at this hotel. The staff were incredibly rude and disrespectful to my family at the time of check-in. They shouted at us and even went as far as to throw our luggage out of the room forcefully, all because my parents asked for an extra bed sheet to put under the blankets because they were smelling. This type of mistreatment is completely unacceptable and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. They should be ashamed of their behavior and I will be sure to share my experience with everyone I know to warn them about the terrible service at this establishment.
