I loved this hotel because the staff were so universally friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was just lovely. I had two great meals there. Good value for money too. My one big complaint is the room was way too hot. It was 33°C. The air conditioning didn't work. The only advice I could be given was open the window. The 3 inches it opened. Nothing worked and it did make sleep difficult. Such a shame as it puts me off rebooking for October when I go again. There is an excellent "Walking Street" opposite the hotel with restaurants and bars, so I'll be sad to change to a different hotel. Fix the room temperature, please!

This hotel offers international standards just outside of the city center which is in fact very convenient because you don’t get stuck in the traffic every time. 5 years ago, international hotels were concentrated downtown as I can recall.
The hotel is quite new, so everything is clean and modern. Room is comfortable. Easy to go shopping nearby.

The hotel is not too far away from the centre. It is next to a shopping mall which served our needs. My kids really enjoyed the breakfast here.

The service leaves much to be desired. I had a complimentary free non-alcoholic drink which I asked for on the morning of departure but didn’t get any. I asked the shaving kit which they never brought as was promised.
Also the sofa in my suite was with holes burnt by cigarettes as well as the table.
