The hotel has a very good location that it is walkable on some of the sites in UB. The hotel, though clean, is very old already. No airconditioner nor elevator. The area is also for nightllife so it could be loud around at times. Breakfast is included but not worth it. Two pieces of bread plus a tea bag and pot of hot water.

Friendly and helpful staff. Food was typical Mongolian.

They didn't clean my room once while I was there. I even gave them the keys one day and asked them to clean the room. They said, ok but didn't do it. Then I put the sign out on my door to clean the room, they didn't This is more of a restaurant and Karaoke place than a hotel. You get a postage stamp for soap and shampoo. It's cheap but the room was old and worn

What a wonderful, accommodating staff, and the place with well-appointed rooms, and perfect location too!

For the price there is no comparison. The breakfast is healthy but limited. The staff in wonderful and accommodating.

Although it is somewhat within town, it is not recommended since it is a KaraOke lounge (downstairs) a bit disturbing.

I paid for the double breakfast so they didn't have to ask me, everything else was good. The hotel is in a good location and is quite satisfactory. I like their cozy restaurant.

I had a hard time figuring out how to use the shower. The size of the room is attractive, but it doesn't seem to be cleaned properly. It may not be suitable for those who are looking for service and cleanliness. Wi-Fi was normally fast.

On Fridays and Saturdays, drunk people make noise until dawn, On Sundays, someone tries to open the door in the early morning for no reason. Anyway, the Hwasan High School Alumni Hotel is a place where people with weak hearts can faint... Women are absolutely prohibited from approaching! It is an inn where Mongolian locals drink and enjoy all night long.

A hotel with attentive staff, comfortable rooms and excellent cuisine. Great choice!

The location is good, but the rooms are old and the shower booth is narrow.

The hotel operates in the lower price segment. Rooms with solid furniture, however, it is evident that there is not enough investment and good management of the hotel. Dear owners of the hotel, we recommend that you first of all pay attention to: suffocated towels in the rooms, the work of the drain in the toilet bowls, faulty faucets of bathtubs and sinks. And also think about the concept, attract a good manager, and do automation. Unfortunately, in a hurry, we forgot to give the keys, we will send them by mail.
