When we went downstairs in 10 minutes, we saw that the cashier in the restaurant had been waiting at the front desk. I handed the room card to the front desk. The front desk pointed directly to the payment code and said, you scan the code to pay first, 😓 I said yes, I have always said hang on my room, I come down to pay, you stare like this, I feel that your hotel has no sense of service, which makes me feel uncomfortable, and then they replied, we are normal charges! I said that I have not said no to give it, you are very uncomfortable staring like this, and I will never come again next time! ! !

The room is oversized, there is even a large bay window, the heating is very sufficient, the window is not cold, the location is good, the taxi is super convenient, the breakfast is rich and tastes good, the front desk lady also helped to call the car before leaving, it is recommended to stay

Overall I had a positive experience. Th decor and amenities are a bit basic but it's worth the price. You're very close to the train station so that's convenient and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

離火車站汽車站近，出行方便，價格小康，很適合俺這個腿腳越來越沉重的老頭。入住洗漱休息，洗理用品雖過於簡單些，連餐巾紙也無，但酒店內的設施衞生小環境都在預期內，一夜睡得頗好。不自在出在離店前的時刻，店家爽了昨晚約定的”早七點送餐”，便於7點30分前後連續3次到前台取餐不得，眼看上午的日程將被打亂，欲退房先走不等早飯了，前台的兩位女士讓我稍等，説”再過5分鐘早點就送來了”，考慮到再等5分鐘對一天日程影響不大，便在吃了早餐再走更好的意念下等着，接下來是一個5分鐘時間到了，第二個笫三個5分鐘也過去了，轉眼過了早8點鐘，還沒送到，便要攜行包退房，這時前台一女士讓我再等下，她親自出店去取早餐。這時已通過觀察前台和牆壁櫃上的物什，知曉早餐是自己幾年來力戒的油條、漢堡和加糖充水牛奶，心裏的不快不由自主地由斑斑點點轉化為氣憤了，耽誤時間等來的是心血管病患者的殺手。唉，怪誰呢？自選的海友酒店，自作”孽”不可活不是。但願這次”孽”是我旅行中的唯一，也是海友酒店的唯一。但願過不二生過不二出。、、、、善哉善哉。最後俺要説的，前台從晚到早，很負責，俺要求七點吃早餐她還做了登記，在久等和反複電話催促早餐仍送不來情況下，親自騎車去取，很感動俺們，在老伴説一份小漢堡吃不飽時還讓我們多取了2個，謝謝前台女士也謝謝酒店。

The room was large, clean, tidy, quiet and comfortable, perfect for a family trip. As expected of a Hanting hotel, the front desk was friendly and helpful, and they readily prepared ice water when I needed it. Recommended.
