Ulu Kinta Hotels with Pools

Apartment style resort. Three blocks. Stayed in Block A (Acacia) 2 bedroom horizon suite. All in we had a pleasant stay. Very large clean space with kitchen, dining, hall, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. First bedroom had a king size bed with attached bathroom. The second room had a queen size bed. Another bathroom is common type. And kitchen also comes with coway water dispenser, microwave and fridge. Good atmosphere and surrounding. Breakfast spread was simple but delicious. Cakes spready was marvellous and tasted awesome! Other common items like fried noodles, nasi lemak, egg and noodle soup stations, breads/croissont/muffin, wedges/sausages, beef bacon, fruits. Only comment i have is instead of the nescafe machine in the room, would prefer to have the coffee sachets. And the condiments (snacks, nescafe pods) are only free for the first night of stay.

Stayed for 4D3N. Peaceful and quiet location, a good place to rest for the body and mind. Each villa has its own hotspring tub, enjoyable. Food quality at the restaurant was good though abit expensive. Only gave 4* for the service because on the last night there, I requested for a bucket of ice......it took 3 phone calls and a wait of about 1hour and 15mins for it to arrive at my villa, disappointed.

I'm thrilled to share that my stay at Sunway Onsen Hospitality Suites from December 10th to December 12th, 2023, was truly delightful. The ambiance was incredibly serene, creating a super calm atmosphere that enhanced the overall experience. The attention to detail and the level of comfort provided made my stay exceptionally pleasant. I would highly recommend Sunway Onsen Hospitality Suites to anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable accommodation experience. Looking forward to returning in the future!

For those hotel goers, it’s not recommended to stay. The concept is similar to Air bnb and very hassle to communicate with hotel management for hotel check in/out information and instructions. No information earlier mentioned that deposit to bank transfer was required but luckily we have local bank account to do so in last minute. Overalls service apartment was clean , cozy with amazing view.However it won’t stay us again due to transition was inconvenient.

Strategic location,just next to Lostworld of Tambun,can just walk over.The view from the unit is so beautiful.The unit is spacious and clean,highly recommended and will rebook again if we go Tambun next visit

room and location was good. tv app channels cannot be watched. prior to the arrival, information to get the entry cards was received via whatsapp in advance. Also informed that we will reach at night, approx 10pm. However, upon arrival, wrong mailbox lock passcode was provided, unable to get prompt response from customer service on whatsapp calls and messages. Had to find other accessible numbers to contact others from IWH for help. After the over 30 mins' ordeal of trying to get the access cards (car park and apartment), couldn't find the parking lot number assigned for the unit on the informed carpark level. found out the CS has informed the wrong parking lot level and it is actually 1 level lower. hope the support can be better to avoid similar situations like this again.
