服務非常好，但是房間爺非常小，還給錯了房間，門口就是沙灘，早上起來心情美麗，但是上菜速度真的是超級慢，建議不要在酒店點餐

Были в данном отеле в сентябре 2024г. С семьей (я, муж и дочка 4 года). Понравилось абсолютно всё!расположение отеля прям на берегу океана, питание безупреченое(много где пробовали еду, в нашем отеле самая вкусная еда!!!) номера отличные, в номере есть всё и холодильник и сейф, чайник,фен. Персонал очень внимательный, все просьбы выполняют! Сейчас не сезон, были волны. Но буквально свернешь налево по пляжу-banana beach будет и там волн почти нет, идти 1-2 минуты. В общем 10 из 10 отпуск получился! От нашей дочки Ксюши всем огромный привет!

We had an exceptional stay at the Peacock Hotel, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Falih. He arranged a beautiful room with a stunning view for us and catered to all our needs. Falih assisted with our luggage, provided an orientation on what to see and do in Unawatuna, and was always available whenever we needed help organizing anything. Falih organized a tour to Cinnamon Island for us and recommended swimming at Turtle Beach, where we actually saw turtles. When I wanted to book a massage and everything was closed due to the rain, Falih managed to organize something fantastic for me within five minutes. The hotel itself is wonderfully located on the beach, relatively central in the bay, and has a great atmosphere with attentive staff. We spontaneously decided to extend our stay from one night to three nights. We didn’t stay as long in any other hotel during our trip. This place is absolutely recommended. Thank you for the wonderful days with you!

The Peacock Hotel became our cozy haven in Unawatuna within just three days. Located directly on the beach, the hotel offers practically furnished rooms that impress with their extraordinary views. The staff is incredibly friendly. The manager, Falih, answered all our questions and made our stay in Unawatuna unforgettable. He organized tuk-tuk and taxi rides for us, arranged several excursions, and provided valuable information about the area and activities. His hospitality and helpfulness left a lasting impression on us. With his open and unobtrusive manner, my friend and I spontaneously extended our stay by three days, whereas we usually only use other accommodations for brief stopovers. On our next trip to Sri Lanka, we will definitely return! Thank you!

Отель, комнаты, месторасположение, питание и другое - все совпадает с заявленным на сайте. Комната во 2 корпусе большие просторные, есть все необходимое:холодильник, чайник, кондей, шкаф, полотенца..есть все,кроме тв, но он и не нужен рядом с океаном. В отеле все замечательно, если у вас нет запросов на олинклюзив и лакшери. Отель на самом берегу океана, для меня это очень важно и удобно. Персонал отзывчивый, особенно мужчина, который приветствует в ресторане на завтрак и ужин, а так же сам хозяин отеля, который очень дружелюбен с гостями.

Toller Service, im Restaurant, Bar und Zimmerservice . Die Preise sind gut. Das Zimmer war gut. Man darf kein Luxus erwarten. Leider am Abend zu laute Russen Musik. Wer es Abend ruhig mag ist fehl am Platz. Das Essen ist sehr gut. Auch die Getränke.

De vangst van de dag ligt uitgestald op ijs. Je kunt daar kiezen uit verschillende soorten vis en / of verschillende soorten garnalen . Je kan natuurlijk ook kiezen van de reguliere kaart. Het eten was heerlijk. Catch of the day is behoorlijk aan de prijs, maar superlekker. De bediening is foutloos, maar een beetje traag.

Apparently this Hotel has a law on its own. They were serving Beer to all the foreigners on a poya day and locals are not permitted to order a beer. Owner was quite rude about this matter and unfortunately we have spend our hard earn Ruppees somewhere else 😂

We asked if we could just have scrambled eggs on toast as we didn’t have much time, and to tell us the price please. They started bringing us items for a set breakfast like juice and we sent it back saying we just ordered scrambled eggs. Those eggs came and had sausages etc on the plate, which we didn’t eat. We insisted again that we only wanted the eggs on toast. In the end they charged us for 2 full breakfasts. We spoke to the manager and even he refused to be diplomatic about this, despite it obviously being a communication problem of their staff. Why charge us for something we didn’t eat? Makes no sense.
