After arriving, my friend and I left our bags in the room and went shopping at the mall near the hotel. We returned late at night and went to sleep. How can a room be this dirty and smell this much? How can it be such an inadequate hotel? Not even 3 stars, not even a single star, this is not a hotel. There are only rooms available for rent here. There were heaps of dust next to the beds. When we talked about the condition of the room, they said there was no other room. Less than 3 seconds later, they said, "We found another room, let's check there." (There is no news about how many rooms there are in the hotel and how many of them are empty...) But that room smelled of dampness... In short, if you are going to stay here, think again... They also did not measure the temperature at all, when I asked if they would not measure it, they said there was no need, HES is enough.. ..

I made the reservation by phone directly with the hotel for 1 double room. We made the payment to the hotel from the company account. When we came to the hotel in the evening to check in, they stated that they could not accommodate my fiancée and me in the same room as there was a marriage requirement. While they did not give such information when making the reservation over the phone, they also raised their voices at us. We had to return to Istanbul in the middle of the night before staying in Ankara, where we came for a meeting and business dinner in the morning. This hotel's lack of management shows its weakness in hosting guests.
