The first time I came, I didn’t expect there to be such a good hotel in Midong District. The whole house has intelligent service, the service is considerate and the attitude is good, clean and tidy, the environment is good, and the transportation is convenient.

Great place with perfect shower and everything is clean. The only problem was their service. They had problems booking me in as I'm the first foreigner the check in manager has booked in, and they didn't mention any breakfast and knocked on my door at 11pm to confirm how and when I entered China. Apart from that, the place is clean and I slept extremely well. Thank you!

The room environment is okay, but the service at the front desk is very poor. I stayed there five or six times in a row. Every time I went to the front desk, the waiter had a very bad attitude. He didn't look up at the guests when he spoke. He lowered his head and pulled his face, and he was very tough when he spoke. , it seems that I didn’t pay to stay in the hotel😡, which really annoyed me, and the biggest problem is that there is no air conditioning in the room. When I asked the front desk staff, they hesitated and said they didn’t know whether it was good or bad. The temperature in Urumqi in summer is as high as It's above 35℃, how can I sleep without air conditioning? I stayed there twice in summer, once in July 2022 and once in June 2023. The same problem happened every time 😓The breakfast was okay and tasted delicious

A family of four traveled together. The hotel has a gym and laundry room, which are cleaned relatively well. Breakfast is from 8 to 10:30, and there are many kinds of breakfast, so the children can eat well. I like to drink this milk tea the most. The service is also good, and the air conditioner is quiet. I will choose this place again when I travel to Xinjiang next time. I hope the quality of the laundry detergent in the laundry room can be better. There is a food street around, which is very convenient. The hotel has some special products, and the quality is good.

The room was clean and tidy, the environment was elegant, the bedding was comfortable and soft, the front desk Xiao Zhao was thoughtful and meticulous, the breakfast was delicious, the cleaning sister Zhu on the third floor of the room was warm and the cleaning was organized. In this hotel, I had a very pleasant Spring Festival holiday. The design style of the hotel is very unique. The room is full of warm atmosphere. MMichael V.2nd time staying at this very nice hotel with the most friendly and helpful service. Great location right besides the subway station, with plenty of restaurants and even a top supermarket in the shopping centre opposite. We were upgraded to a very large room, which was nice and everything worked perfect, as before. Breakfast buffet with a large choice was ideal for starting the day. Next time in Urumqi we will definitely book this Atour again.

From the beginning of the reservation, there are warm notes, such as room location, environment requirements, check-in requirements, etc. What surprised me even more was that after checking in, the service staff actually sent us two pairs of children's slippers, fruit snacks and biscuits, and the breakfast was rich in variety and nutrition. The quality is reflected in the details. The family and children are happy. Everything inside is very clean, the environment is beautiful, the fragrance is fresh, and the service ladies are cheerful and full of love. Sister Xiao Zuo kindly reminds us to issue a free parking ticket every time we go out. Come here again next time! Thank you for the hard work of all the service brothers and sisters! GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very convenient. It is very close to the Grand Bazaar and Hotan Second Street. The hotel is newly opened. The decoration is simple and fashionable. I like the style. It is also very clean. The hotel is equipped with a gym and laundry room. The facilities are complete. The windows You can enjoy the scenery outdoors, and when winter comes you can see the snow-capped mountains.
The airport pick-up service is really attentive, the Mercedes-Benz business airport pick-up was well arranged hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. For friends who come from afar, this service is really touching and convenient. I give the boss a thumbs up 👍
Maybe because the hotel is newly opened, the rooms have the smell of newly renovated rooms. If the smell can be dissipated more, it will probably be an excellent choice next time~

Poor awareness by local drivers resulting in many drivers, dropping off the wrong entrance
Signages of the hotel can be vastly improved, as it’s not immediately clear that reception is at L37, and that there’s even a L1 lobby
Room was stuffy even as I tried to lower the thermostat to 18 celcius, I was still perspiring in my room and the middle of the night
One of my wash sinks was clogged
The pillows are not exactly comfy and I didn’t know there was a pillow menu until the day of checking out, even as I stayed in other Conrads of the world
Most of the staff who are in their twenties and thirties, have major rbf until you actually speak to them where they appear to be more pleasant and accommodating

PPuriOverall the check-in process was smooth and efficient including the tedious task of having to show health QR codes, having pictures taken of passport with China residence visa side by side with phone showing health code, then making copies of visa page, passport page, last China entry stamp page, etc etc. In spite of the time this whole process takes the staff knew what they were supposed to do and went about the process as quickly as possible. A small welcome gift was an unexpected surprise. Special word of thanks to Ms.爱森那赫 at the reception (not sure if this is her actual name). She was the only one who spoke English and was guiding her colleagues to check us in smoothly. She also gave us a good recommendation to try local cuisine for dinner at a restaurant which was a 5 min walk from the hotel. The only confusing bit is the fact that hotel reception is located on the 3rd floor. Our Didi drivers did not know how to get us there as the drive up to the 3rd floor was through a parking lot next to the hotel. The hotel should either post clear instructions on a sign board for taxi/Didi drivers to follow or they should have someone posted at the entrance to guide vehicular traffic up through the parking lot to the lobby for check in. But all in all a pleasant experience and we would not hesitate to stay here again should we plan another trip to the city.

GGuest UserThe hotel certainly had a nice reception area. The rooms were large and the best thing were definitely the amenities. The reception staff did not speak English but they used a translations app without issues. The bed was comfy and the views were nice. I would recommend this place to any foreign travellers.

GGuest UserI like the simplicity of the room design - it is clean and practical. The staff was very friendly, however they sent up a gift with a robot butler at 22:30 when we were already asleep. It was were confusing and frustrating, because we were anxious to get a good nights sleep before we catch our flight the next day.

The service staff are very friendly and speak foreign languages well. There is also a large shopping market in the hotel yard. The barbecue in the food city next to it is very delicious.
