Do not expect hotel related services as it is not a hotel. On the other hand, very poor service, they do not even help to call a taxi to the airport with reason of we donot have the policy....
The facilities are in poor condition, the sofa all sank, the bedding is smelly, there is no even drinking water provided in the room....
Had a very bad staying and experience with this place and Ushuaia, very unfriendly place to visit...

Hola, nos hospedamos en el 4to C, entrada por calle Onas. La vista muy linda tanto al mar como al.cordon montañoso. Lo unico a tener en cuenta, las cortinas tipo "persiana americana" del living/cocina casi no funcionaba ninguna y el colchón del sillón muy deteriorado por lo que la persona que dormía ahí tuvo que hacer mucho esfuerzo. Por otro lado me cobraron un cucharón qué ya estaba dañado. Hubiese estado bien que alguien del equipo nos acompañe al depto para verificar el estado de todo al entregarnos las llaves. Limpieza en gral, bien (no sobresale), ropa de cama limpia pero ya desgastada. Estado gral del depto, falta un poco de mantenimiento. Llave del bidet funcionaba mal... Ubicación muy buena ya que está a unas cuadras del centro y a 1 cuadra de la calle principal, ojo mucha pendiente (diferencia de altura entre una calle y otra es de 40mts) por lo que la subida es empinada para gente mayor.

Estadia muito boa!
Lugar lindo, apartamento no centro com vista para uma paisagem maravilhosa!O fogão possui apenas duas bocas, tivemos problemas com uma das chamas que acendia, porém não apagava. Os meninos da recepção foram bem atenciosos e nos deu assistência sempre que precisávamos!
Só acho que deveria ter mais utensílios de cozinha. Recomendo e voltaria com certeza ‘

Melhor apartamento que já fiquei em viagem. Fica bem no centro da cidade mas muito silencioso. Limpeza impecável e a vista pro canal não tem explicação. Iremos voltae com certeza. Ainda deixaram a gente entrar no apto 3 horas antes do checkin. Continuem assim!

Stayed here for 4 nights. When we arrived we decided to run a bath. Unfortunately the drain in the bathroom flooded the apartment, but were moved to another one floor above and thankfully had no issues at all. The apartments are modern and well equipped. We had a balcony with a beautiful view.

El departamento es super comodo y lindo, tal cual las fotos. Esta muy bien ubicado, a cuadras del supermercado y de varios lugares para comer. Gracias al hermoso balcon que tiene pudimos disfrutar de las auroras australes, y por las mañanas te despertas con una vistas increibles de Ushuaia. La cama comoda y baño limpio. Cocina funcional pero podria tener mejor calidad de utensilios. Recomendado!

Worst experience ever! And I travel a lot. We stayed in the Shackleton apartment. We had no warm water and heating in the apartment, they kept on saying they never had this issue before, but we saw reviews afterwards stating that they had these issues each time with each guest. We lost few hours each day aligning with them to come and fix the issue. They even stopped answering at one moment even though it was freezing. They sent us videos so that we could fix the boiler ourselves- which is as first, safety hazard, also we were on a vacation. Not there to fix boilers. The owner of the Pacifico company is the rudest person I ever spoke to. He didn't want to take any responsibility. We got so tired and frustrated that we left 2 days before the end of the reservation. It literary cost us our trip in Ushuaia since we couldn't do hikes or anything. Don't rent anything out from this company! I raised the issue with Booking and I hope they get blocked.
