wir sind im Februar 2023 in diesem Hotel zu einem Aufenthalt mit Kuranwendungen angereist. Nach ca. einer Woche bekamen wir eine schlimme Magen- und Darmerkrankung, wo wir annehmen, dass dieses mit dem Essen zusammen hing. In der Nacht war dieses dann so schlimm, dass mein Mann zusammen gebrochen ist. Ich habe dann versucht, an der Rezeption Hilfe zu bekommen. Die Verständigung war so gut wie unmöglich und dermaßen unfreundlich (während der ganzen Zeit). Die Ärztin, die dann kam, war sehr freundlich und hat sich auch am nächsten Tag nochmal erkundigt. Die Reinigungskräfte waren sehr freundlich. Das Personal der Rezeption, von denen man eigentlich Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft erwartet konnte man wirklich vergessen. Da in dem Hotel doch überwiegend deutsche Gäste anreisen, wäre es klug, wenn sich das Personal einigermaßen verständigen könnte. Bei den Kuranwendungen war das Personal ebenfalls sehr unfreundlich. Wir können dieses Hotel leider nicht weiter empfehlen.
