Very nice place to stay with family ..good location , nice staff. But recreational activities ike cycling , fun zone for are paid . These kind of activities in a 5 star resort should be complimentary for the kids.

An absolutely delightful stay. I highly recommend this place to everyone and especially those looking to relax and unwind by the beach. Not many places in India are like this. The facilities and staff are all top notch. Very professional and polite. They took care of all our needs without hesitation. There's a nice garden to walk at night, with direct access to beach and security guards on both exits.
The resort had very ample variety of food, with different restaurants to choose from. Though perhaps a bit overpriced compared to equally good restaurants nearby.
Overall, I wished we had stayed a little longer but already had flights booked. Definitely will come back when I'm back in Goa.

The location of the hotel is amazing. Apart from the staff at the reception (during check-in and check-out) the rest of the staff is amazing and quite helpful.
One big issue with the hotel is that there are stairs everywhere so if you are traveling with a toddler+stroller it can be a pain to carry the stroller up and down the stairs.
Apart from that, the hotel restaurants and staff there are amazing. Both the food and the service. I'd definitely stay there again and hope the staff at the reception is more accommodating in the future (instead of being insanely SOP driven)

It’s a lovely old place . Still has the same old charm . Team is great , helpfully and cheerful in most cases . Dining options are limited but the food quality is great . Rooms recently renovated , much upgraded from our last visit but still needs improvement in terms of toiletries. Not well coordinated . Room service, house keeping , reception team all all great . Special mention to Puja , amazing helpful lady . Dining team needs a bit more training in terms of service, a little smile would definitely help . There sinkin bar at the pool was always our favourite but this time lacked enthusiasm in the team and need a little better upkeep. Spa is great , good prices and nice service.

I had a pleasant stay at Kenilworth resort. Resort is very clean and pristine. Services at resort are also great. I would like to mention the housekeeping and room services specially Kamalnath who had kept our room clean on time every single time. Thanks to the everyone and management at Kenilworth
