Although Valencia is not a popular tourist city, the service staff of this hotel is really super enthusiastic. From how to rent a bicycle, where to eat, how to take the tour route... they have thought of everything for you. Because of the service of this hotel, I like this city more. The hotel room is very unique, the bathtub is very large, it is very comfortable when taking a bath, the toiletries are also great, and the drinks in the room are free to drink. In short, if I come here again, I will definitely stay here again. All full marks!

The room is not small in Europe. It is a very new room. It is rare to have such a hotel in the old town. The front desk staff and greeters are very warm and kind. Recommended

A wonderful stay. We booked this hotel for a 2 night city break. The hotel staff were exceptional - they made us feel welcome and well looked after. The rooms are fresh, clean, comfy bed, complimentary in room refreshments. We did make use of the small pool. A lovely touch that coffee could be ordered to the room in the morning. This hotel stay was set apart by the staff at the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent.

A superb location in the old part that is perfect for accessing most sights. Around every corner is a either a beautiful quiet street or the opening to a crowded plaza, full of shops, restaurants and services. The staff were the best!

Everything was excellent, exceptional friendly and helpful staff! Great peaceful location and a walk away from the cities amusements. This is the place we’ll return to if we vusit Valencia.

While I agree with much of what has been written , for example the staff are first class . I cannot rate this hotel very highly. We had a ground floor room next to the reception hall and bar. It was noisy( as you might expect when people are drinking ) but also it echoed when anyone was talking including the staff. The hotel does not have a pool ( it says it does) but it’s a single lane half pool at best . No outside area worth talking about . It is centrally located but it’s not a 5 star and it’s not worth the money if you have a room on the ground floor , so avoid rooms 2/3/4 when you book - lesson learnt won’t fall into the trap again , looks good but my experience was distinctly second class.

The hotel/location met our expectations and the staff even exceeded them. The location is the perfect starting point for trips to the old town. We enjoyed a few drinks at the bar but didn't try the restaurant.

Great location, available paring, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are a touch small and there is no coffee maker; rather you call room service and it’s there in 3 minutes. Thsat’s great but i prefer my own coffee early. Other than that completely satisfied and recommend it.
