Positive experience. Clean apartment with everything you need. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice, connected by bus and metro. Recommended.

Die Lage ist super, die Wohnung gut und alles da, was man benötigt. Auf der Terrasse wäre es schön, wenn Stühle und Tisch da gewesen wären.
Das Bad hat leider sehr unangenehm gerochen, wenn man nicht ständig die Lüftung laufen gelassen hat. Es war sauber, aber am Abfluss stimmt etwas nicht.

Super clean and accommodated our family of five well. Didn’t receive the check-in email … had to contact the agency who said they didn’t have an email address to send to (which is odd since we booked through *******). They were easy to reach and were able to help us over the phone successfully. Apartment had an unfortunate odor as we have also noticed in other apartments in Spain - might be out of their control (sewer) but would be nice to have an air freshener or something as on option in he apartment. Otherwise, great stay in a great city!

We got in earlier than check-in, and they were able to get us into our apartment for an extra 15 euros. The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. It was a nice space for my family to spread out and relax. The bedrooms were tiny, but they were just enough for us. This is in a great location, and you can walk to pretty much anything from there. My only complaint is that there were people arguing in the hallway in the middle of the night for a long time. That's not something I think the property could have done something about since there isn't a manager on site all the time. Otherwise, it was a perfect place to stay!

Lamentablemente, nuestra experiencia en este apartamento fue desastrosa. Tuvimos que abandonar el lugar antes de tiempo debido a los fuertes olores tóxicos que invadieron toda la estancia. A pesar de que el personal fue consciente de la situación y la verificó, no nos devolvieron nada del importe pagado. Para colmo, nos cobraron por una salida tardía que no utilizamos. Ignoraron en todo momento nuestras peticiones de cambio o reembolso. Es una empresa muy poco seria, que no recomiendo en absoluto. Aún esperando la respuesta, cada vez que llamo, de esto hace más de un mes, nos dicen que aún no tienen respuesta de la central.
