Hotel was very centric to our needs, it was close to all the places we wanted to visit, near the bus stop and shops Will consider staying again if I go back to Valencia. Bathroom was a bit uncomfortable since the toilet was in a corner, but shower pressure and hot water were good. Room was hot, had to open the windows.

The furniture in the hotel room, the bathroom is really old. Always feel that the service staff is not professional enough, as a 5 star hotel should be well trained. Because during the epidemic, the swimming pool has to be reserved, the swimming pool reception is a bit rude. Unsuitable guests come to swim, sometimes because the number of people is full, even in-house guests can not use the swimming pool. I feel that the hotel is not very suitable for this arrangement. There is also a little bit of update in the hotel, such as changing carpets, brushing the wall near the hotel elevator, if construction, some rooms should be closed and not booked, but the hotel does not seem to have a plan at all, the whole corridor is gray, arrange the guests to take the freight ladder. In short, I feel that this hotel is like a five-star appearance, and the service management is really not very good.

Nice spacious standard 2 room with comfortable kingsize bed.
All is very well provided in this hotel including traphal, corridors and lifts.
Breakfast is a big buffet with a huge choice of cold and warm, even cava is included!
A great plus point of this hotel is also the parking garage we could use.
Next time we go to Valencia we will certainly take this hotel back, super!

The Metro station is right outside the hotel and only 1 stop from airport. Approx 6 stops to city and the delights of Valencia. Tip: get the ticket for 10 journeys and share the ticket - much cheaper than 4 single journeys.

Our room had 2 single beds with a light on for each bed but only a nightstand in the middle. There was a desk and chair, hot water kettle, a tiny closet, and some shelves but no mini-fridge. The bathroom had a bidet, toilet, and sink shower/tub. The hotel was quiet, clean and well maintained. We did not partake in breakfast (hours 7am-10am) but did get a to-go bag.

I have read a lot of bad reviews, but this is our experience: -Hotel staff: 100/100 great attention! Very pleasant, they resolve anything (we were without a loader and we were charged the phone). The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. -Cleaning: everything was in perfect condition and cleaning was unpolluted. The beds were quite comfortable. Soft coats and cotton fit. Haves pool and padel track. Unquestionably an experience we will repeat

We booked this hotel for its location, the fact that they offer half board or even full board and the bus stops right out side of the hotel that takes you into Valencia. We chose a superior double room and half board we also booked lunch for Christmas day at a cost of €70 for two people. We took a taxi from the airport at a cost of around €40 which was a bit expensive really but fast and friendly. When we arrived although our room wasnt ready we made use of the restaurant for some lunch which was ok. The receptionists are lovely very friendly and willing to help We got the keys to our room and I have to say Whilst the room was a good size there was nothing superior about it there was only a hanging rail for clothes no drawers ? I was wondering if they expect guests to hang their underwear up too ?? Another thing that puzzled me was the kitchen unit which has been installed ! With a sink fridge and kettle now whilst the fridge was very welcome drawers for clothing would be more useful. They provide a kettle and cups and left enough coffee and tea for one cup each we sayed for 10 days and this was only replenished once if your not going to replenish it daily I wouldnt bother leaving any!. The bathroom was lovely with a large shower but I agree with a previous reviewer that all the little plastic bottles are not very environmentaly friendly maybe an idea to install dispensers for hand soap and shower gel etc which can be re filled daily. The only thing that was amazing was the bed the mattress was great and extremely comfortable . Breakfast in the restaurant was nice and a good variety, but the evening meals in the restaurant were disappointing, the restaurant whilst attached to the hotel is really for the general public and the menu they offered was the same for the entire stay which for 9 nights there was no variety two thirds of the menu is fish which I dont eat ! The vegetarian options were unavaialable or discontinued and rice dishes only available if two people want to eat the same dish which limited my choice substantially although I enjoyed most of the food it got a bit repetitive after 4 days ! And the deserts were tiny portions served in the middle of a huge plate its not an a la carte restaurant ! We had also booked lunch for Christmas day and at € 70 for two people I was expecting great things this was unfortunately not the case the portions of each course were tiny I had ordered the pork for main which came with some mash This would have been ok but what looked like a nice plate of food turned out to be a small portion of mash with some pork bones and very little meat the only savior to the meal was the tiramisu which was delicious they did offer all tables a free plate of prawns not sure why ?!! This we declined as I dont eat fish lucky for me ! My partner ate two and I had to ask him to put the pate far away from me as the stench coming from the plate was awfull this should have sounded alarm bells needless to say late

We booked this trip whilst the hotel was still being built, so you’re always a little bit worried about completion and subsequent opening issues, whether it be staff training or general snagging? So it has been delightful to arrive and find that it has lived up to its full potential. The rooms, whilst not huge, have been well appointed and have made great use of the space allowed within an existing footprint. The room is full on nice touches, from the complimentary Panama hats and tote bags, or the lovely array of toiletries and options for room scents or pillow choices, it more than makes up for the lack of square footage. The fact that the rooms all appear to be identical in size and layout, means that there is no room envy between guests. The pool area is exceptional and well organised, with nice sunbeds and decent beach towels for the patrons. There are five Cabana style beds which come with a charge, which appear underutilised, so may need reconsidered, but there are plenty of comfortable sun loungers which have good turnover and the pool attendant ensures that no-one is allowed to hog the beds whilst not being present. This is appreciated and seems to be well received by most guests. The food and drink offering is of a high standard and is not unreasonably priced. The rooftop bar is an extremely comfortable area to relax and enjoy the sunsets over Valencia. A nice mix of drinks and again, reasonably priced by comparison to similar Mediterranean hotels. The breakfast offering is spectacular with a vast range of fresh ingredients as well as cooked breakfast items, all delivered by a cheerful and well organised team. Whilst it in no way detracts from my 5/5 review, I would suggest that the only area of the breakfast service that needs attention, is the self-service coffee machines, which seem to create a bottleneck at almost every breakfast service? The machines would be much improved if they were plumbed into a constant water source, rather than the inadequate internal water tanks, which constantly need refilled. Also, the milk which serves the machines should be in 10L containers rather than individual 1L cartons, once again creating delays while replaced. If that’s my only issue, and it is, then you can see why my review remains at 5/5. From the reception team to the housekeepers and maintenance operatives, they were all outstanding. We still have another 2 nights of our stay to go, but I felt compelled to write this in advance of checking out, after reading a few ridiculous and unfounded 1/5 reviews from previous guests. I do wish that those who wish to write such ridiculous reviews would at least produce some evidence or have some legitimate substance to them, rather than just be a petty rant? We’ve loved our stay in Room 114, and we’ll DEFINITELY be returning. Come and see for yourself. You won’t be disappointed!

CCindyTsangThe 24hr reception greeted us during the check in. Thats was quick and we felt welcomed.
Two small lifts brings us to our apartment which is 350fts square. The king-size bed and the sofabed are well prepared, so we can take my own bed. The sofa bed is just as good as the fixed bed.
The bathroom is spacious. Water is hot with strong water pressure.
The restaurant downstairs the hotel provided a welcome non-alcoholic drink and hotel buffet breakfast. Besides ham, buns and cheese. We can also have special meals from the kitchen like a dish of avocado, Salmon, scramble eggs with a toast. The dinner is also tasty with average spending at around €30-40 per person.
The apartment has washing machine. An individual space for clothes drying rack to dry out the clothes with hot air coming from outside. Everything is well designed with new refurbishment. You will just feel at home.
The kitchen stove, utensils and plates are provided. Everything is good.
Towels are clean and toilet papers are provided enough. The soaps smell good.
I am happy to come back again next time
SSUSIE ON THE WAYThis price is very cost-effective for this accommodation.
Clean and good location.
It is worth mentioning that the service is full, the front desk lady is very nice.
Knowing that we were going to catch the train the next morning, I asked which train station very carefully (there are two, afraid that we will go wrong)
I left at 5 o'clock in the morning and didn't arrive at breakfast time. I helped pack it in advance and take it away. When I waited for the bus, I opened it and looked at it. It was too rich. ~ It was very good to serve from the perspective of the guests.
GGuest UserThe great experience started at the time we stepped in through the door; We had an early flight so we have to wait our room some time. During that, hotel offered some Cava and other refreshments. Same great treatment continued the rest of our one week visit. The staff is absolutely pro and the Hotel is one of the best we have visited, very clean and quiet and the breakfast is best in town. Location is very good, and if you needed a taxi, the guys in the lobby were handling it over. Very strong recommendation.
NNgamvery good location which next to the train station of Valencia Nor, convenient to go sightseeing the city main spots both in the north-eastern part of old town and ancient heritages or in the south-eastern part of symbolic sport like science park and so on.
but the hotel does not provide bottle water and is not equipped with any hot pot to boil water for tea or coffee (there is only a small coffee machine at the lobby entrance that NOT free to its guests that make guests like us NOT feel home stay.
GGuest UserWe have initially booked hotel for 3 people (2 adults +1 child) but reservation was done for a classic room for 2 people maximum, so we had to additionally pay 80 euro for 2 nights for our daughter during check in to hotel. Unexpectedly and very disappointingly! So, in fact we paid too much for staying in this hotel.
FFrequentTravellerFlowerCleanliness: The cleanliness of the room was spotless. We couldn’t fault it. The bathroom was shared so there was always someone cleaning the rooms and the bathroom. The bathroom had a slight smell coming from the drainage but other than that, I couldn’t fault the cleanliness
Location: It was a little difficult to find at first since they don’t have any signs on the outside, but when your walking on that street, you have to look through the door glass to see if you’ve got the right hotel.
Service: The staff at the desk were lovely. Sadly they have a set time when they are at the desk. After midnight there is no one on site, other than a phone number to call incase you need anything, which can be a problem for those who don’t have a Spanish number like us.
Amenities: they had only one towel for me and my partner to use for one night.
Downside: we wanted to stay one night to see how the place is, before we booked additional nights and we’re glad we didn’t booked additional nights. The capsule wasn’t sound proof, which we was aware, but the fact it had a quiet policy in place is what attracted us to experience the capsule. Sadly around 11pm not just me, but the neighbouring capsule experience a couple making loud intimate sounds in there capsule. We decided to give them there privacy but after half n hour it was beginning to bother me a lot as I needed to sleep. So I went to the front counter and there was no one at 2330 at the desk, just a phone number to ring. Which I couldn’t ring as I didn’t have a Spanish phone number. So me and the other neighbour capsule had to put up a sleepless night till the early morning. I did complain to the staff upon check out and she was really lovely and understood how I felt. It was a shame there was no one at night who I could have spoken to, otherwise I only had good things to say about this place
GGuest UserThis hotel is so reasonably priced, and actually in a perfect location too get too all the main things too see in Valencia.
Though it is 30 minutes from the beach, they give you a towel for free, around being paid for prior and refunded after, and it is a good walk too experience the cities culture and marina on the way.
It is only 15 minutes too walk too the incredible Arts and Science Arichectural Area, and likewise too the staggering parts of the Old City.
Rooms are adequately comfortable, Bathroom was huge, and the safe free and large enough for even a notebook.Good too have a very chilled fridge, though no kettle as is most nowadays,
For those on a budget, there is a cheap supermarket across the road for all your needs, a good cheap bar and cafe right next door, large pizza chips and beer for 10 pounds perfect.
The breakfast choice is absolutely superb here, and there is a beautiful lady who runs it, shame i didnt catch her name but she was incredibly welcoming friendly and considerate, and an amazing way too help start your day.
AAlbertRLocation is perfect. Just outside you can find many restaurants, shops and plazas. Really easy to find the nearest metro station. From the hotel location everything is really close to reach. Room is not quite spacious but it’s nice and clean. The only thing is that you can hear everything from the rooms beside but nothing to noisy.
I included breakfast for every morning. They have coffee machines, pastries, bread and cereals, cheese and ham, juices, yogurt and different kinds of milk.
If you don’t include breakfast, there’s a bakery and many restaurants just outside the hotel so you can figure out.
The staff was nice and kind.
WWanghuohuoCHWLWe took the bus to the hotel, it was very convenient, there was a supermarket next to it to buy things, go to the restaurant on the direction of Metro Line 7. The hotel is not big, the front desk service is warm, and the check-in is directly done in advance. There should be a room available. A total of 3 waiters were met. English was very smooth. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable and big, the pillow was uncomfortable 😔, the air conditioner was started for a while, it was very noisy. The TV location is particularly close, very close to the bed, and it is very uncomfortable to look up. The bathroom space is also very large, that is, the nozzle and the toilet flush are not too big. The hotel has a swimming pool, you can take a towel at the front desk, you need a shower cap, the water is very cold, and the two waves of foreigners have frozen away, haha. Very clean, there is a sauna room (to make an appointment at the front desk before use, it should be preheated). The front desk temporarily bought a drink, 2 euros a can, not too expensive in comparison. The refrigerator in the room can be used, and there is a bottle of mineral water.
MMarc GaldonFerrerThe hotel Cosy Rooms Bolseria is hidden in a one way alley in a central location in Valencia. If you don’t pay attention you may actually miss it.
The reception is very welcoming, with vintage furniture and wooden beams showcasing a traditional style of old buildings in Valencia.
Room is small but clean, with red brick wall and a simple toilet but fully equipped: clean towels, shampoo, body gel, body lotion, hair dryer, etcetera.
The highlight is definitely the jacuzzi at the rooftop. When we arrived, we were a bit disappointed at first, since it was covered, however we kindly asked the staff who helped us to remove the protective cover and to turn the jacuzzi on. We enjoyed it alone overlooking the Valencia rooftops. Not the best view over the city skyline, but good enough to relax. The water in the jacuzzi was not warm, however given the summer heat it was good enough. Don’t expect any service at the rooftop though, so bring your own towels (or from the room) and drinks if you want to enjoy your time there.
