El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad de Valladolid y es accesible, el estacionamiento es muy pequeño, las habitaciones muy bonitas y limpias. La habitación no tenía una guía de números del hotel, por lo cual si quieres pedir room service o llamar a la recepción debes bajar y pedir los números. La alberca abre muy tarde y si quieres disfrutarla desde temprano no se puede. El servicio de los meseros no es bueno, tardan en servir las cosas y no te traen todo lo necesario para que disfrutes los alimentos.

We had two incredible stays at Real Hispano! This was the first hotel we stayed at in Valladolid. We loved it so much that when we came back through town after visiting other cities, we decided to stay another couple of days. The staff (especially the night staff at the bar!!!) were very friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, we had a great view of the San Servacio church, the room was very large and impeccably clean, plus it's centrally located with shopping and dining in every direction. This is by far our favorite hotel we stayed at over a couple of weeks in Mexico. Highly recommended!

Es un buen hotel, muy bien situado. Alguna dificultad con el desayuno por tenerlo muy concreto, aunque es abundante y de calidad. La atención es correcta y las habitaciones con aire acondicionado son acogedoras. Buen servicio de restaurante.

This hotel in the Historic district of Valladolid, one block away from the main square and its church. My room was OK with two double beds, aircon, fridge, OK bathroom, WiFi, tiled floor. Only one bottle of water though. Breakfast in restaurant next to pleasant open courtyard. Fruit & juice OK. Very limited selection of other cold and hot stuff, but OK. Coffee drinkable.

The rooms are clean and comfortable and the onsite restaurant is good. The location is excellent - right near the plaza, but the rooms are still quiet, even on a weekend evening. They have some parking right at the hotel, and an auxiliary lot three blocks away.

As couple on a tour of the Yucatan Peninsula we stayed at this hotel. We were given a ground floor room with no balcony and with a view of a car park wwlith cars parked right up to our patio window. The toilet had a dodgy flush and the shower water remained tepid throughout our stay. Breakfast was OK but no orange juice or water was provided for even when I asked. Very average. The hotel is though in a great place for visiting the centre of Valladolid. Would not stay there again.

Un hôtel particulièrement bien situé dans le centre-ville de Valladolid. Contrairement à ce que j’ai pu lire, le personnel est charmant mais tous ne parle pas anglais. Chambre très spacieuse et confortable avec belle salle de bain Piscine agréable mais pas très grande; transats en quantité insuffisante Parking gratuit mais peut être vite complet

Beautiful hotel. Building feels brand-new and spacious. Staff keeps everything exceptionally clean. Great beds with high quality linens. Quiet air conditioner that we could leave on all night without keeping us awake. Large bathrooms in room. Friendly and accommodating staff. Great location too. Just a few steps to the main plaza and to many shops and restaurants. The whole family loved it!
