All of the staff was incredible. Madison at check in and the breakfast attendant (didn’t get his name) were so good at making us all feel at home. They deserve an award!

I am a Diamond member and my preference for "High Floor, Near Elevator" is recorded in my profile (and usually honored). That said, when I checked in at about 8PM, I was told there was only one room left - ground floor next to the side door exit. My stay was during the Porter County Fair, so limited room selection was understood. However, the door had a notable gap within the frame and could not lock properly. This made me feel very unsafe, and I notified hotel staff right away; I hope the door has been fixed since my departure. The front desk employees were pleasant, but there appeared to be only one working at a time, so they were always lines for assistance.

This is an Excellent Hotel! The Staff was very Friendly at the Front Desk. The Rooms were Clean. We had an Excellent Breakfast with Great choices. We had a modern Great Room. It was nicely upgraded and it was a super modern room. The Parking was very easy. I highly recommend this Hotel.
