早餐水果比較豐富，房間比較大，拐彎處有超市可以買東西。唯一比較擔心的是位置，看起來有點兒不太安全，晚上沒敢到處跑。

No tiene servicio a la habitación. No tiene calentador de agua, plancha, y en general todo lo que se coordinó falló en un 80% ya que la información no era transmitida al resto del personal. El hotel tiene instalaciones adecuadas, pero no muy buena atención.

Hôtel très mal situé, sur le port certes, mais loin de tout, 1 seul restaurant dans le quartier , à 10mn de marche. Chambre grande, correctement meublée. Pas de respect des horaires d'ouverture pour le petit-déjeuner: prévue à 6h30, nous n'avons pu y entrer qu'à 6h55, alors que nous avions RV à 7h25 pour un départ vers l'aéroport de Santiago. Le personnel ne s'en est pas ému pour autant et n'a présenté aucune excuse...

bel établissement près du port de Valparaiso. au clame dans les chambres supérieures avec une belle vue sur la baie et le port malgré le boulevard et la ligne de métro juste en bas. plutôt bien insonorisé. accueil de la réception satisfaisant et très bon petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix notamment des fruits frais et pâtisseries.

Fuimos con mi Sra a celebrar nuestro aniversario número 18 de matrimonio. Excelente hotel, tranquilo, sencillo... delicioso desayuno buffet. Excelente calidad precio. Bien ubicado para recorrer Valparaiso. A sólo 10 minutos de viña. Estacionamiento interior. Habitación con maravillosa vista a la bahías puerto de Valparaiso. 100% recomendable.

This place looked far better in the photos (on ***********). It is a large building and most clients seemed to be coach parties as well as a football team. The decor is dated, tatty and boring but okay. The staff are reluctant, and in the main, depressed. My room was okay. Clean enough but dull. I asked if I could have a room that overlooked the port. They said I'd have to pay an extra $28 US, as I had booked through ***********. I was already paying their top rate according to the prices posted in the elevator. Breakfast was surprisingly good although often the staff looked close to tears. Not a great experience. I had told myself to give myself a break and book this place rather than a hostel (most of which were more highly rated on Tripadvisor). I wish I'd gone with a hostel at a quarter of the price.

Hotel muy cómodo, habitaciones amplias, agradables y muy limpias, buena camas y almohadas, nos tocó una linda pieza con vista a la bahía y un poco al cerro. El personal que atiende es excelente y muy amable. El desayuno estupendo, pero debo señalar que no cuentan con cosas para personas diabéticas, osea, ligth, no tenían jugos, yogurt, ni mermeladas diet. Lo demás muy buen desayuno, aunque el fin de semana que estuvimos, había mucha gente en el Hotel y estuvo un poco caótico, no habían mesas y muy desordenado el servicio buffet. Está ubicado en un lugar muy céntrico y cerca de todo. En la noche se oye un poco el ruido de las otras habitaciones, TV muy altos.
