Pas de petit dejeuner, 18° dans la chambre, pas un seul restaurant ouvert dans le village, pas une boulangerie ouverte, pas d'épicerie ouverte... Si c'est la basse saison, autant fermer les hébergements, je serais allée ailleurs...

Prima volta a Valtournenche, trovato questo B&B su Tripadvisor ed è stata un ottima scelta. Stanza grande e ben accessoriata, come il bagno e il balcone, bella vista sul monte a strapiombo sul paese, rilassante. Receptionist gentile e preparata, buona la pulizia e la colazione. Ci sono però alcune piccole negatività : il letto viene rifatto in modo semplice tirando su lenzuola e copriletto, non da il senso di perfezione. Alla colazione manca completamente la frutta. La reception apre in orari d'ufficio, in caso di bisogno si deve telefonare, non è il massimo. Problema parcheggio, ma questo è comune a quasi tutte le strutture del posto, ci sono solo due posti liberi, box a pagamento, c'è comunque un parcheggio gratuito a poche decine di metri, abbastanza grande ma in agosto è una corsa a chi arriva prima. Questi nei non compromettono il buon giudizio considerando il buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Great experience overall - 4 of us stayed in the apartment - it is not big but perfectly fine. It is very centrally located so plenty of options around for a dinner. We also took advantage of the breakfast in the hotel - again this was great.

Nice and comfortable room for 4, clean and spacious. At 7pm the reception closes and there is an emergency button. It happens that my daughters accidentally leave the key in the room and we get locked out. At 8pm we press the emergency button and contact the answering machine number which is turned off for an hour. Panic: I decide to call the firefighters. Luck is on my side: the policeman is a colleague of the owner and tries to contact him on another number. We are safe, the owner comes back and opens the door for us. If you don't know how to welcome tourists, don't do this job!!! shameful!!!

Fantastic value for money. Large rooms at the B&B. Comfortable beds, very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent cleanliness and very good breakfasts with a wide choice. Facilities include garage parking, spa with sauna and steam room, ski and boot room (heated), lounge area and breakfast room. Valtournenche is a charming village providing easy access to the Cervinia/Zermatt ski area. Lots of good, reasonably priced restaurants and charming bars a short walk away. We stayed for 1 week and were sorry to leave.
