Super 8 by Wyndham Van Buren/Ft. Smith Area

Clean rooms, but disabled Wyndham Points members are charged extra for the 1st floor (no elevator). This is the second time during booking weeks in advance, that all 1st floor rooms (including handicapped) are blocked out, so "Points" members are forced to use the stairs to the 2nd floor... or pay the extra fee. First time was $20 and this time was $50. American's with Disabilities Act ???

The room was very clean. The staff was friendly. I had a smooth check in and check out. In a convenient location

Older hotel. Older decor. Ran down appearing. You get what you pay for. Basic room, but the bed was comfortable.

I have stayed at this Super 8 four times and it keeps getting better. They just remodeled the bathrooms and they wonderful. Staff is also very friendly. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Restaurants are near by. I would put this Super 8 up against any of other high priced hotels I highly recommend this Super 8!!!

Would never stay here again if my life depended on it. Very nasty very noisy and staff wouldn’t resolve any of the problems because it wasn’t their job to do so!

We really enjoyed the stay this time. The staff is accommodating and helpful. The room was clean, breakfast was good and the outside noise was silent!

If you are looking for a place t stay that has a good rate ad location this is the place. Great internet and TV service. This is not a fancy place, but it will serve your needs for a night. I would recommend.

Stayed for one night room was clean Check in was easy adequate parking I was pulling a trailer I would recommend staying here

The service was excellent. The employees were awesome. I would definitely say again and recommend too friends and family. Personnel, awesome, check breakfast. Breakfast great. Make sure made service awesome.
